“Great place to stay” Very nice place and extremely well kept and very clean. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Quite neighborhood and others staying at Ocean Breeze we quiet yet friendly. On street parking was never a problem; in fact we always had a place to park right in front of house. We thought the main road in front of the house would be extremely busy in the middle of the summer, but their street and all other streets between condo and beach we never real busy, and all traffic moves slow. Many cars also stop for pedistrians, even when there isn't a true crosswalk. Back patio, furniture, and flower garden is very nice for outdoor meals or relaxing. I would recommend you bring special utensils, knives, or cookware if you're doing something out of the ordinary,as the kitchen is modestly equipped, but when we didn't find what I needed, Kathy was willing to loan us something from her kitchen.

“Fantastic- we love Mikayla's Cove and Wild Wood” Marilena, the owner is wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Mikayla's Cove is clean, spacious, up to date, and conveniently located 1 block from the beginning of board walk. Marilena provides beach chairs, a cooler, stroller, highchair-less packing!!! This was our 2nd stay and certainly not our last!

“Wedding Bliss with a Twist!” We had a sister get married and needed a place to stay with our large family! At the last minute Mr. and Mrs. Kenney came through for us! They were easy to deal with and extremely kind! The Place was just spectacular! Great location, convenient parking! Everything was so neat and clean! We loved the book and seashore theme! We felt totally relaxed, even with our small children! There was even a book to write our memories in! “Amazing! Definitely will book again” This property exceeded our expectations, The picture don’t do it justice. The house is so spacious and clean, more than enough room for a big group of people. No problems whatsoever! The roof and balconies are amazing, we rented right after a snow storm so we didn’t use it much but it would be so beautiful in the spring and summer! I have already recommended it for my friend who is looking to take a trip for her birthday in March!

“Great Beach Access - Clean and Comfortable” Our family (adults & young adults) loved staying here, we all had a great time. The mattresses on the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Very clean.It was a very short walk to the beach which had a bar, games and live music at night. Yet, you could still enjoy the quiet beach and outside decks when that is what you preferred. The laundry room came in very handy. The owner was very responsive to our questions prior to arrival. We did not have to contact her while we were there because everything was perfect. She was extremely helpful to us when we left an item behind. We would definitely stay here again!

“Another great stay.” My family and I stayed at this property in May for Mother's Day weekend and went back down again for Father's Day weekend. Cynthia is a pleasure to deal with. She responds almost immediately. She remembered our previous stay and asked if we wanted the same room. We did and were happy that it was available. The room was clean, well stocked and has a terrace with a view of the lighthouse. The rental is one block away from Resorts and two blocks from Trump' Taj Mahal. Close enough to the action but far enough away that it is peaceful and quiet. The two things that stop me from giving this rental an excellent is the lack of sufficient elevators and the 10:00 checkout. However, I am sure we will be renting here again.

“Excellent place to vacation, very pleasant.” Much more pleasant a vacation condo than we would of thought. Very accommodating with all our necessities from great bathroom, kitchen with all we would need from microwave, toaster oven, utensils. The bedroom and pull out sofa was very comfortable and cozy. “Relaxing: Home away from Home...” Over the past 13 years, I have rented this upper cottage for a group of my friends and I to unwind and enjoy the start of fall in Ocean City NJ. The location is within walking distance to the beach (easy walking) and the house offers comfort and a true 'home' feeling. Safe to say, our favorite part of the house is the outside porch that offers ocean sounds and a nice breeze. The landlords (Brian & Karen) have become our family 'At the Shore.' They go above and beyond most rental landlords in that they get to know their renters, and they offer great assistance in helping us find entertainment and dining specific to our tastes. We can't say enough of how that personal touch matters to our gang. Thirteen years of heading to the same place means ... 'If it ain't broke, nothing to fix.' Our group will be heading back in 2013 for year 14!

“Would go back there without hesitation!!” It is hard to find a truly dog friendly place to stay. This place is not only immaculately clean, very comfortable, and has a fully equipt kitchen, but is also very amimal friendly. My husband and I and our yourkie have stayed there several times and have enjoyed every minute of it. The owners are very friendly. I would not hestitate to stay there again.
