“My stay at Medlar House” It was not my first time at Medlar House, I stayed for 3 days.Location is perfect, so it was easy to get there and visit all the places of my interest.I found new kitchen well equipped and the same dining room with wonderful view of the garden.My room was simple but nice and cozy.The owner of the place is very nice and friendly.I decided to stay here next time I am in Guildford.

“Excellent” I was staying with work. The garden flat is an excellent peicefull flat with everything you need. I dont have any negative comments to makes about the flat. It provided me with a home away from home for approximately 7 months of 3 months of 2010.

“Excellent” Excellent accommodation, excellent service in an excellent location being just a short scenic walk to the station. Everything in the apartment was well thought through - beautiful towels and bedding,new kitchen facilities and new laundry facilities. The best of everything was provided in the apartment and the decor and furnishings were five star. Evan Court is a beautiful spacious apartment and has everything you need. I will definitely be recommending this apartment to my friends and family. I can't wait to stay there again - West Byfleet is a beautiful area! Olwen and Ian were always available to help.
