“Waterside at Coquina Key has it all!” Waterside at Coquina Key is a a well kept up gated community that offers all the amenities a wonderful vacation requires. Marlean's condo provides a nicely updated unit that allows you to enjoy the waterside condos in comfort and provides all the extra's you need to relax and unwind in the peace and tranquility of a watersdie property. The kitchen had all you needed and more and was nicely updated and contained all you need to cook in or prepare a quick breakfast and take off for the pool or to work-out. The only small downside is not to have a wash and dryer available in the unit. Although one is available 24/7 as the clubhouse and you can use your debit card to work them. the beds were comfortable, and the living area had ample seating available. Thank your for shring your condo, it was wonderful.

“Palm Cottage” Exceeded our expectations! Absolutely the perfect location. Palm Cottage was adorable, clean, well stocked with supplies, and sooo relaxing. Restaurants and beach an easy walk on brick streets. So much charm. Will definitely be back.

“What a View!” This is a very nicely decorated 1 bedroom and bath on Siesta Key Beach. You have an unobstructed view of the beach the minute you look into the condo. There's a great view from the bedroom as well! Very easy walk fo the beach..chairs and umbrella provided as well as all the amenities of home. We'd stay here again!

“Spacious and beautiful” My girlfriends and I just finished our stay for the third year in a row. This is an outstanding condo. With four or five of us, there is plenty of room. The private spiral staircase to the beach is great! No waiting for the elevator with everyone else. We love sitting on the porch early in the morning and again at sunset. Spectacular views! Also you can visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary which is about 1/2 block to the south. Would highly recommend this condo. We hope to be back again next year.

“Amazing!” I stayed here with my husband and we had a great time! We were in Orlando visiting family and we decided to arrange some us time. The condo was excellent and very clean! Kathy and her husband were very informative, respond quickly,and available when we needed them. What was great was that we had all beach items available to us and were very useful. We were in close proximity to everything and the beach and restaurants were great! Everyone in the area was very friendly and my husband and I want to definitely come back!

“Beautiful inside and out. Perfect location” My family and I stayed in this beautiful rental during February 2015. We could not have asked for a more perfect spot. The rental is just steps away from the beach and has a wonderful view of the beautiful sunsets. Siesta Key Village is an easy walk away and has great restaurants and shops. We are hoping to go back as soon as we can!

“Wonderful stay in Indian Rocks Beach” My wife and I celebrated our 31st anniversary and stayed in Sharif and Sabine's condo 202 Reef Club 1000 Gulf BLVD. They bent over backwards to make sure our stay was incredible. They asked us to do a quick run through of the unit and if there was anything dirty or needed repair to call immediately. We called on a toilet issue and over the phone we repaired it within minutes. They also had beach chairs umbrella and toys to play with so we did not need to bring anything with us. We are looking forward to our next stay. I have business in Tampa and usually stay at a hotel. if this unit is open, it was less expensive and had tons more room.

“Very family friendly house...” This was a very family-friendly house .We had a great stay and the kids loved the pool. The house was very clean and well managed. “Great stay in Tarpon Springs” What a gem of a place. We had two bedrooms, full kitchen, living area and sun deck. What more could you want! gulf beaches, restaurants etc are all nearby. Super clean with all the necessary amenities including beach chairs, towels etc. The neighborhood is super quiet with lots of old Florida charm. It was three of us traveling including a friend and my husband. We felt right at home! Would highly recommend this place.

“Lovely, relaxing holiday” My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary in Jan/Feb 15. The villa is beautifully furnished and equipped. The pool and pool area is very large but the weather wasn't quite hot enough for us to brave the pool itself. The view from the pool over the lake is really spectacular. The Hampton Lakes area is nice and quiet and is conveniently situated within a very short drive of some great restaurants and supermarkets. It's also very easy to reach Clermont, straight up the US27 or Orlando/Kissimmee via the I4. Kan and Myat were extremely good at providing us with all the information we needed and the booking process was straightforward and very efficient. I would highly recommend the villa to either couples or families.

“Great Location, Very Well Appointed” This house is perfectly located right in Siesta Key Village within an easy walk to shops and restaurants. It is also just a block from the beach. No parking hassles! The house is very well appointed. The owner has thoughtfully provided more than enough coffee for the Keurig, lots of towels, and all needed kitchen utensils, dishes, containers, and cooking supplies, in addition to a beach wagon and chairs. Although not luxurious, this is a very comfortable rental. We also liked the privacy of having our own house. The only negatives were the lack of towel racks in the bathrooms and the lack of hot water in the bathroom with the tub (it remained only warm, even after running for a very long time). The water in the other bathroom was fine.
