“Puerto Morelos, now that was a vacation” The small town of P.M. is so welcoming, so laid back, with so many great restaurants. We walked everywhere, and public transport with cabs, buses and Collectivos, the minivan system, was fantastic. We walked the neighborhood at night, we walked the beach at full moonrise, and we never felt concern. The sea breezes, miles of white sand beach and the reef with its guided boat access at a reasonable price, awesome. Our stay at Casa 770 was so enjoyable. Being in the neighborhood, amongst other vacationers, many who stay for months, along with locals walking and riding bikes past our patio, the fruit truck stopping each day...all this made us feel at home, surrounded by nice, friendly people. The big resorts do not give you the sense of community that makes traveling to a different culture so amazing. Casa 770 and all its amenities provided for a wonderful and relaxing stay. “Love the condo!” We are absolutely thrilled with the place. Your pictures don't do it justice. Because of past experience, we brought our pepper grinder and a few "specialty" utensils; however, you are so well equipped we could have left them all at home!! And we absolutely love your lanai. There is so much room out there. And plenty of seating too. We enjoyed a glass of wine outside tonight. Everything looks great. Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. We are both looking forward to some sun and warmth, some cycling and tennis. Thanks for the use of the bikes. And having extra rackets is great. You were right even the sofa bed is very comfortable. Your place is so convenient to everything. Just wanted to let you know we love your place!!

“Be confident booking Villa Izcalli through Latin Latitude Vacations” When looking for a property to rent for our family's stay in Playa del Carmen, we read a lot of stories of caution. We vetted many properties and followed advice we found online. eg: Phoning property managers, checking references, checking reviews, watching for odd reply email addresses. Erin replied to our inquiries. When we saw she noted a contact number for Calgary, Canada (where half of our family resides), we had a bit more confidence. To try to help reassure us that her company was legitimate, Erin even gave us her father's number in Calgary, whom we contacted as well. Her father was surprised at our call. We felt more confident after speaking with him as he wasn't pre-prep'd for our call and spoke well of his daughters enterprise. We were assured she was a real person and this was a legitimate company. Prior to our arrival, we arranged for a night of catering, welcome snacks, groceries, shuttles to and from the Cancun airport and tours. All done through Latin Latitude Vacations. We were delighted with our stay in Villa Izcalli. The house was very clean. Rooms were huge. The catering was superb! The beach was an easy stroll. The roof top pool was a wonderful place to lunch, enjoy each others company and take in the views. The welcome snacks and tours that Susan arranged for us were fabulous. Susan met us at the property and answered any questions we had about the house and the area. Also for our first night, Susan helped us to pre-arrange a Mexican Fiesta catered dinner, done by Chef Eli. They let us add Chicken Mole to the menu. WOW! So glad we did. All the foods were excellent. Chef Eli's mole is the best mole I've ever tasted!! The tour company they sent to take us for our private tour of Chichen Itza was excellent. Eddar and Omar were very professional and fun. They also took some of our group on the Coba tour. Those that went came back with marvelous stories about their adventure. We had a problem with one of the bathrooms towards the end of our stay. We emailed Daunte the maintenance manager. It wasn't long before there was a knock at the door. A plumber came and fixed the problem right away. I think we really did luck out with our choice to book with Latin Latitude. We would absolutely book this house with this company again. From the roof top pool, we could see many of the other houses we'd considered booking. We were so glad we'd picked Villa Izcalli.

“Island Paradise” The moment we arrived, exhausted after many delays and problems, the Thomas' home became our home. The condo is well appointed, with comfortable beds, a wonderful kitchen and a fully stocked linen closet, right down to beach towels. Laine, Kevin and Howard are so responsive and saw to all of our needs. Location was prime. We walked to get groceries, eat and do other shopping. There were 7 miles of beaches to explore and the quaint villages of anna Maria and Cortez and Bridge Street kept us occupied when we weren't soaking up the sun. The lanai was my favorite place to drink my coffee and check out the action at the pool each morning . We ate the majority of our meals there, under the twinkling lights. It was a wonderful month!

“Fantastic Stay!” My husband and two sons (21 & 24) stayed in this condo over Christmas. This was our first stay in Key West and we wanted to be close to everything, but yet not right on Duval St. This location was perfect; literally a stones throw away from Duval St. The unit inside was decorated very lovely and had all the amenities one would need. I found the owners were nice to do business with, especially Deb who I mostly communicated with. My family and I enjoyed our stay in Key West immensely, we had so much fun! We met many very friendly people out and about town. We would love to visit again, if we do, we would like to stay in this condo or the Bella Vita, the owner's other condo.

“GREAT PLACE TO STAY, CLAY COURTS AMAZING, POOLS AND HOT TUB PERFECT BIKING AND BEACH AWESOME.” We Love The Island it is a great place for families found an excellant church to worship at GRACE COMMUNITY.
