“Thanksgiving 2016” Great home, clean and spacious. The Gemstone company was very accommodating and Mary, the host, was available even during the holiday. Definitely recommend this home for trips with large groups.

“EXCELLENT Property, location and Owner!!” We can highly recommend this Vacation rental property, the location is perfect, very close to the Disney parks, restaurants with varied cuisines, major freeways, etc. The home and pool were EVERYTHING we'd hoped for, it was a very well maintained property, it lacked nothing as everything we required was provided including FREE WiFi! The communication with the owner, Joan, was FIRST CLASS! From the booking thru the rental period and followup afterwards was a very pleasurable experience, we are VERY PLEASED!! We looked at quiet a few PET FRIENDLY properties (we have 3 small dogs) before deciding on this property, mainly due to amenities, location, etc and are pleased to further recommend this property and owner for your vacation property needs! Additionally, we plan on booking this property again if available during out next vacation in the Kissimmee/Orlando area, why look anywhere else?? “A good choice for our family” This place was as expected, except that the floors needed mopping. This home is advertised as children friendly, but bare feet and small children soon became dirty by crawling on these floors! We began our stay by double mopping both ground and upper floors, as well as the stairs. Other than that, we were happy with our stay, and would choose this place again!

“Large home with easy access to Disney” This home was large enough for our whole family (7 adults) to sleep comfortably and it was so easy to get to the parks quickly before the crowds! Our adult children felt like kids again in the Scooby Doo room. The kitchen was large enough to cook family meals, and grocery stores are very nearby. Our only "wishes" while we were there were to have an outdoor grill and to have a TV in the family room large/loud enough for all of us to hear (the room was comfortable, though). We liked the gated community, but the streets are very narrow and with lots of parked cars, if you're driving a large vehicle you have to be very careful. The owner was superbly kind and quick with communicating. We'd definitely stay here again.

“Our 1st Florida trip” We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was perfect for our family. The kids loved relaxing and playing in the pool. We even said we would stay at this house again. There was a minor hiccup with a pipe leaking into 1 of the bedrooms, but it was repaired for us right away. The location was great, just a short drive to Disney, very close to shopping and restaurants! We had a great vacation!!!! Thank you!
