“This is a gorgeous and spacious lake home with plenty of amentities for adults and child. 5 Stars!!!!” This property is on a gorgeous location on top of a small hill. The view of the lake from the house is breathtaking. Our group enjoyed our stay thoroughly and we took full advantage of the amenities in the property like out door fire pit, hammock, boats/kayak allowed by the home-owner to be used by us. The house has enough space--we were a group of 9 people and the space was ample however there is only one shower so that might be a limitation. the kitchen was very spacious and had all the stuff needed for cooking. It would have been nice if there was a functional grill for using outdoors--the one that was there was kind of old and did not work very well. There was some strange odor in the dishwasher but that might be because of its limited usage. Overall, this place is highly recommended for vacation stay. The owners were really nice and friendly and the view and location is absolutely spectacular! My Response Thank you for your kind words. I do want to say that we have replaced the outdoor grill. I'm sorry you had trouble with it. I checked the dishwater also but could not smell or see anything in the trap. We disconnected the plumbing to examine and clean. Whatever the odor was, it's gone. “Location is awesome, the grounds were well maintained and had something for everyone in the family.” The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Had everything we needed for the week. There are grocery stores that are close for picking up groceries and preparing your own meals. If you prefer not to drive, you can walk down to the street and the trolley stop is right there. Also on the grounds is a playground for the kids, swimming pool, volleyball court, and a beautiful walking path that has benches to sit and enjoy the beauty of the mountains. There is so much to do in the area, so many attractions all within a mile. The Smokey mountains and Gatlinburg are about 20-30 minutes away.

“Very Very nice and easy to communicate with and everything the a” My family and I stayed for 4 days and then asked for an additional 3 days, which we did get. The pool was wonderful, really big and had plenty of room. The wifi is not so great so don't expect it. Yes you can go to the lobby but still you have to sit outside. Plenty of internet cafe's around, but you are on vacation people let it go...Lol Great view and very clean, has laundry which is a must for a family and worked very well. Michael Cantor is a man of his word and that goes a long way when you are going out of the country with your family. We are planning on going back next year and will be staying at Michael's place again. Thank you...

“A Classy Vacation Experience in any Season” My brother, who has problems walking, and I stayed at Sunnybank for a little under a week in the early spring when the Corolla horses are foaling. The layout of the well-appointed, three-storey main building was perfect for our needs: the fabulous view from the top floor living room provided the inspiration for him to walk up the grand stair case, and he could take the elevator when he was having problems walking. (There are two bedrooms with walk-in showers to accommodate people who have a problem walking.) It rained the first two days, which might have been gloomy any where else, but the library of videos, and stashes of games and playing cards gave us the opportunity to connect in ways that we hadn't since we were children. The fabulous cook's kitchen and multiple eating areas can accommodate a wedding party, family reunion, or any get away time one might want. Mine was a working vacation and the office there, which is outfitted with excellent Ethernet and WiFi connections plus a daybed for napping, was a better arrangement than my office at home. Comfort and casual, yet classy ambience abounds at Sunnybank. An excellent find!

“Pet-Friendly Destingation” As a 'Pet-Blogger', I am always looking for great places to holiday with our two dogs Henry, and Reese. More specifically, somewhere we can 'enjoy' with the dogs without having to worry about what to do with them when we visit restaurants, shops or go sightseeing. The Dolphin Inn was the perfect place to stay! This trip was arranged as a group get together; my husband, parents, in-laws and sister with her husband and two small children. The spacious accommodation meant no one felt as if they were tripping over one another. Although we didn't eat evening meals as a group, we enjoyed breakfast together at a large table located beside the spacious kitchen on the upper level. Because of the layout and quiet location of the Inn, we were comfortable leaving Henry and Reese to relax comfortably when we went out to do 'people only' things. Our hosts were very helpful with suggestions regarding things to do and see in the area. Upon arrival we found guides with locations and contact information, as well as preferred rates on several activities for guests of the Inn. I am happy to recommend The Dolphin Inn to groups or families with or without dogs!
