“Iraq Home Coming” Excellent vacation home for a visiting family. It was the easiest check in process I have ever done since I’ve been traveling. Just to come back from a war zone and visit family and friends along with eating at different restaurants and amusement parks was very enjoyable. I would recommend renting a vacation home before renting a hotel room any day if it’s as pleasant as this trip has been for me. I want to personally thank the home owner and the company for such an easy process of communication and updates.

“Ok” Overall it was fine..checkout was at 11 and at 10 cleaners knocked on door and then preceded to sit in driveway waiting for us to leave. There was no dish soap or soap in bathrooms which would have been nice.

“Nice house for large family” The house itself is very attractive. The bedrooms were very well appointed. There were sufficient towels and plates, silverware, glassware, etc., for our party. Our major problem was the parking. It is a very over-crowded community and we had five cars (to be expected in a six master-bedroom house that fits 18+), and we often had trouble parking near the house. My only other complaint (if you could call it that) was the trash. We had one large trash can and it got picked up on Monday morning. We were there for six full days with 13 people, so we easily refilled it up and then had multiple loose bags with nowhere to put them through the end of our stay. No recyclable can was available, either, so recyclables had to go in trash bags. Owner was easy to work with. Thanks for a very nice home!

“5 stars” Very happy with our stay. The villa was a perfect match for my family. Peacful,quite, and very clean. The pool was amazing and the pool guy kept the pool very clean. There were a few slight misunderstandings but they were resolved immediately. We could not have asked for a better vacation. Thanks for the memories.

“Beautiful home !!!” Everything was so beautiful in this home it was the perfect choice the bedroom all had their own bathroom with the exception of the kid rooms. Owner was very easy to reach and they give you step by step instructions for the home. I loved it ! This will be our go to for our Disney vacations! Stores and restaurants are near by so easy if you want to shop for food or in general.

“Beautiful spacious home in a quiet Gated Community.” We were in Florida for the National Pop Warner Football finals. I was able to rent this home on short notice (one week) and was pleasantly surprised it was beautifully maintained and well stocked. Sri was very accommodating and easy to reach. We had several children with us of various ages and they were all kept occupied in the game room. Pool never really got warm but we did read the literature and wasn't expecting bath water but the pool and spa at the clubhouse was comfortable. Had a great time and would definitely rent again great value for your money. Also is very close to all the attractions just a short drive to any park you plan to visit.

“MAGICAL EXPERIENCE.” Our stay at the Venetian Bay Townhouse was a wonderful experience everyone should experience. It feels like Home away from home. It was secure the amenities were great. “Decent place but lacking in some areas” For one week in July 2014, my family from Alabama to Alaska (with us from Canada) all stayed at 928 Solona Circle. Overall we were happy with the house rental but do not stay here if you need assistance with anything. It took my 4 phone calls over 3 days to just find out what the Wi-Fi password had been changed to (the one that we were emailed was incorrect). It may not be the safest neighbourhood as there were police men in the gated area twice during our stay. And the house was filled with broken outlet covers and had very dirty couches, which needed steam cleaning. It was a spacious home and we loved the walk-in closets as well as the ease in which to find it and the easy drive to Disneyworld. But if you want to stray there, you need to supply everything- even your own toilet paper and Kleenex. The jets ion eth hot tub did not work and the game room had a broken foosball table. Overall we were mainly happy with our stay but were disappointed with a few things.

“Large enough for the whole family” We had a great stay and were really pleased with the size of the house. It allowed members of our extended family to have privacy but of course the family room, kitchen, and media/game room were the most popular areas. The kids and grand kids enjoyed the pool. The weather was unseasonably cold but we paid to heat the pool and everyone seemed surprised and pleased that is was so comfortably warm. Sri is very easy to work with and responded super fast to email communication. This is definitely the way to go when you have a large family. Very reasonably priced for the space and accommodations.
