“Birthday Trip” We were in Orlando celebrating my son's 4th birthday and it was great. The house was clean and very maintained. I spoke with the property manager once, and he gave us some great tips for travel and dealing with the heat. The instructions were clear and we enjoyed our visit.

“Visitor” Loved it. Great neighborhood. Clean house. Easy to get a hold of people if you had questions or needed help. Walmart right around corner. Had everything you need to cook with. Great place. Defiantly will come back and recommend to anyone.

“Fantastic” We could not speak more highly of this beautiful and well positioned villa. The managing agents are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. The pool was always warm and inviting. We had the best holiday, largely due to the fact that out accommodation was worry free and great for the quiet days. Thanks to all involved and will definitely be coming again. “Disney Adventure” My family and I drove from NY to this lovely house and felt right at home. We were a total of 11 and stayed for 10 days. Since the first day we booked the house the owner was attentive and responded very quickly when I wrote to him. The house was well equippped, clean and beautifully decorated. We all loved it so much!!!!

“Perfect Vacation Home” Great home, well laid out, perfect vacation home for the whole family. Clean, well equipped. Great location of Southern Dunes on a beautiful golf course. Had our family visit for two weeks and there was plenty of room for all our children and grand children. Would definitely recommend it to all my friends and would go back again.

“Absolutely outstanding!” Our family of 8 adults, 2 children aged 4 years, and 3 infants under 15 months of age, had an outstanding vacation in this home. Only a short drive to all the amenities (including Magic Kingdom) was exactly what was advertised. This home was immaculate, and extremely comfortable. “You have to see it...to believe it!!!! :)” My family and I had an AWESOME time at Marbella resorts!!! This was my first time booking through TripAdvsior and I must admit that I was a little skeptical at first (because I was paying an "unknown source!" I even called TripAdvisor to reassure myself that it wan't a scam! John (the owner of the unit) also reassured me that everything was fine! :) Upon arriving at our unit we were blown away with the neighborhood My kids couldn't wait for me to unlock the door and turn off the alarm!!! Their eyes glisten with excitement!!! The unit was GORGEOUS!!! Everyone scrambled to "find their room" while we toured the rest of the house! It was EVERYTHING (and more) that the site listed!!! The pictures did it no justice!!! Although we went to go to Disney the kids felt like staying at the house with their private pool was more enjoyable (and less crowded) ;) I can't thank John and his TripAdvisor for making our 1st family vacation a HUGE SUCCESS!!! We're DEFINITELY gonna make this a yearly thing!! Thanks again!!!

“Vacation to remember” beautiful home, beautiful neighborhood, security guards were very nice, always smiling and greeting us as we enter and exit, The pest control guy was very informative and nice, seems to love his job. The maintenance guy answer questions and followed up on our concerns immediately. Overall I enjoyed our home and would be interested in leasing property out there. Very convenient to all stores and dinning areas
