Offre appartamenti ideali per famiglie o gruppi fino a 7 persone per godere la montagna nelle escursioni estive e negli sport invernali nella calda accoglienza di chi vi risiede. Comoda da raggiungere dispone di parcheggi privati ed autorimessa, deposito sci e biciclette, servizio di lavanderia, impianto Tv-sat e connessione wi-fi. L'ampio giardino interno prospiciente al parco giochi comunale offrirà ai bambini una divertente e spensierata vacanza lontana da ogni pericolo. Gli appartamenti di circa mq. 70 sono costituiti da 2 camere da letto (2-3 posti), ampio soggiorno con balcone (divano letto), cucina, bagno con vasca-doccia e disimpegno. Dispongono di nuovi arredi in pino e vi offriranno un soggiorno di qualità.
I prezzi non includono la fornitura di biancheria (disponibile a richiesta a E. 12/persona) e la tassa di soggiorno di E. 1/persona (esenti fino a 18 anni). “Beautiful location and excellent service”
We actually stayed in a property close to Baita de Ciano which is also owned and managed by Valerio. Both properties are in Premadio, just a few kilometres and a 45 minute walk from the centre of Bormio. Valerio is an excellent host who goes out of his way to be welcoming and helpful. He made 4 food recommendations, all of which were outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend his properties to others, purely on the basis of the service he provides.
