Description
Lovely fisherman's house in the picturesque area of the old Chapus Bourcefranc-le-Chapus. Ideally located at the foot of Oléron bridge you can enjoy the beaches and also all the hinterland rich in cultural tours, walks and hikes, bike rides and many family activities (Royan, La Rochelle, Rochefort ... Zoo, Aquarium, Hermione). A ferry boat made the crossing in the port of Bourcefranc to join Oléron which itself is served by bus! Just steps from Marennes, Ronce-les-Bains, Oléron Island, the Old Chapus is a quiet corner near the city center where the shops are and the market on Wednesdays and Sundays . Beaches: the Old Chapus Beach: Small beach on the Bay of Chapus, in the picturesque area of the old Chapus (non supervised swimming). Bourcefranc Beach: Long sandy beach, the sea of sluices (non supervised swimming). Walk along the seafront Beach of Marennes. Guarded bathing Basin 5 hectares. Ideal for children. And for stretches of fine sand: the wild coast of the mainland and the beaches of the island of oléron !!!! House beautifully furnished, fully renovated consists of: - 1st bedroom: 1 double bed 160, wardrobe and bedside table. - 2nd bedroom: 1 double bed in 160, 2 bunk beds with two beds in 90, wardrobe, bedside tables and desk. - Umbrella bed with a real mattress - A living room opening onto the kitchen with flat-screen TV (100cm diagonal), sofa and armchairs. - A kitchen / dining room fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, dishes and utensils. - A shower room: shower basin and vanity unit, a WC On the ground floor: - A fresh entry in the summer. - A laundry room: washing machine, drying room. - A small garden courtyard where you can have lunch and a shed where you find a BBQ! (Garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs) - A detached private parking. - Cleaning: Optional - Linen included - For reasons of allergies we can not accept pets - Non-smoking house, we ask you to provide us with a home insurance certificate with extension holiday at the time of booking. The tax is to be paid upon arrival and amounted to € 0.605 per night per adult.
