Just 3km from Bovec in the charming, peaceful, alpine village of Cezsoca, Lepa Soca House is a beautifully decorated, contemporary and comfortable holiday property on two levels with foot access to the stunning Soča River and a number of lovely local river beaches, kayak centre and riverside walking / biking trails. Local restaurants and shops are also in walking distance and furthers amenities are just a few minutes away by car in Bovec. The property features an entry room, bathroom, open plan living room with double sofabed, kitchen & dining room with access onto a balcony with comfortable seating. Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms under the eaves with great views of surrounding mountains. There is also an attractive private garden to the rear of the house. A huge range of outdoor activities such as walking and cycling are possible from your doorstep as well as a wide range of river pursuits (kayaking, rafting, world class fly fishing & canyoning) and mountain sports in easy reach (skiing at Kanin just five minutes drive). Facilities in the apartment include large flatscreen TV & DVD player.

Lepa Soca Bovec House sets excellent standards of accommodation and comfort in a moden alpine style house with quality contemporary fittings and furnishings. The rented area of the property is located on the first and loft floors whilst on the ground floor there is just a storage area for the owner meaning that in the whole house (semi-detached) is private for your party and is an excellent quality choice within easy reach of Bovec and a stone's throw from the Soca River. The house accommodes 4-6 people (max 4 adults) in comfort with a great deal of care and attention put into it by its owners. A wonderful place for a couple, family or group of friends to be based to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Soca Valley.

There is a lovely balcony in the house with outdoor seating for 2. At the rear of the property there is a small private garden looked over by the balcony so ideal for kids to play in whilst parents relax on the balcony! In front of the house is a parking area with space for 2 cars.

“Lepa Soca”

We really enjoyed our holiday in Slovenia, the mountain scenery was spectacular and the green/blue rivers and lakes beautiful, and great for swimming in (due to very hot weather). The people we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The apartment we stayed in was located in a beautiful setting and very convenient for the local shop and restaurant in a quiet village, and about 5km from a larger town Bovec. There are plenty of activities, particularly kayaking, rafting, swimming, walking.The apartment was modern, well equipped and very comfortable (our daughters particularly liked the choice of films). There is a lovely view from the balcony of the mountains, however the apartment is positioned quite close to a local restaurant with accommodation. We therefore found there was a little noise from the restaurant with people eating outside and children playing on the trampoline, but this generally ended once at a reasonable time. Having said this, we loved the location and really enjoyed staying at the apartment.
