Description

A 125m2 duplex apartment recently refurbished to a very high standard in a contemporary style. Occupies the middle and top floor of a traditional stone built chalet.

The large living area is open planned, comprising a sleek modern kitchen complete with breakfast bar and stools for apres ski drinks plus a cosy seating area with a massive corner sofa, fluffy cushions and bean bags surrounding a log burning stove. The vaulted ceiling gives a light, airy and spacious feel. There is a large balcony with views over mountains, ideal for apres ski or summer drinks.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are situated on the middle floor, away from the main living area to allow sleepers peace and quiet. We provide fresh bedlinen and towels, feather duvets and pillows throughout so that you can travel light and sleep in comfort.

Well-equipped throughout, the apartment is a true home from home in the Alps.

Bozel is a traditional village but also offers all the facilities, such as bars, a variety of restaurants, shops and ski-hire to make your holiday as relaxed as possible. It is ideally situated for skiing in the 3 valleys and Paradiski resorts. Le Praz is 12 minutes drive away and gives direct access via cable car/chair to Courchevel 1850 and Champagny is 6 minutes away giving access to the Paradiski area. There is ice skating and a fun luge run at Couchevel 1850.

For added flexibilty there is a regular free ski bus which leaves from the High Street (5 min walk) up to Le Praz, and onwards to La Tania or Courchevel. Parking is free in Le Praz and La Tania. In the Courchevel resorts there are multi storey car parks which charge.

Bozel is a year round resort, in summer, you can enjoy the nearby lake (5 minutes walk) as well as a wide variety of outdoor pursuits including Mountain biking (hire in Bozel) rafting, Via Ferrata, canyoning, golf, tennis, the outdoor swimming pool at Champagny (12 minutes drive) as well as walking in the beautiful Vanoise National Park just beyond Champagny. Many of the ski lifts are open during the summer so you can travel to the top of the peaks, take in the views and walk or cycle down.

“Stunning Apartment”

This is a fantastic apartment, a real find for the 3 Valleys. Very spacious which is exactly what we needed for our family of 5 although even if filled to full occupancy there would still have been plenty of room. It has been finished to a very high standard and is spotlessly clean. Bed linen was lovely and beds and pillows very comfy. Plenty of nice thick towels provided as well. The open plan kitchen, diner and lounge was huge and a great place to relax after a days skiing with the fire being a big plus point. Kitchen has every conceivable gadget, utensil and piece of equipment you could ever need. Bozel is a very pretty town and the apartment is in a great location literally a minutes walk away from the centre of town. Although there is no allocated parking we never had a problem finding a space. We had a very enjoyable holiday and an easy one due to this apartment being perfect for our needs. I would have no hesitation recommending or booking again.
