Home overlooks hole on the Estuary golf course with fabulous water views in a fabulous gated community, offering 27 holes of professional golf in a golf and tennis club setting. Facilities include expansive 39,000 sq. ft. Tuscan style Clubhouse with bar, formal and casual dining, 3500 sq. ft. 2 fitness centers, and 7 resort style pools, 6 tennis courts, 6 pickle ball courts. 

 Condo has professional décor throughout a great floor plan which includes foyer, eat in kitchen with rich wood cabinets, granite counter tops, breakfast bar, and brand new stainless steel appliances, in unit washer and dryer, dining room, living room with a large LED TV, large master suite with king bed , spacious guest bedroom with 2 twin size beds and a LED TV. A pull out Sofa bed is in living room. Two full size baths include oversized stall shower, upscale fixtures and tub. Linens,towells, and dishware included. Rent includes all utilities . Wireless Internet, phone, and Cable included . . Country Club shares and Golf shares can be transferred if staying a month minimum at the price of $345.00. You can play free every day(pay for cart)

“Beautiful view in a well equipped comfortable condo”

We stayed for 3 months any issues were quickly addressed by Terry , we enjoyed ground floor unit ready accessible to clubhouse would rent again
