Evergreen Vista is a year-round exquisite private retreat nestled in the heart of the Finger Lakes wine country - a wooded beauty that changes with every season! Fish, canoe and hike on this lush and expansive estate; shoe-shoeing and x-country skiing in winter.

The spacious, modern and unique 4-bedroom/2-bathroom home on the estate is equipped with upscale kitchenware and appliances, including gas range+oven and washer and dryer.

The large kitchen, with island and eat-in counter-top with bar stools, opens into the sun-lit grand room with abundance of seating spaces. The farm-house style dining table comfortably seats eight. The wood-burning fireplace radiates natural warmth to this space.

The entire home is wi-fi enabled and the wall-mounted 55" TV is equipped with Chromecast and streaming Internet cable service.

Step out on the expansive deck for a breath-taking view of the pond, fringed by tall and stately evergreens. The 1 acre+ spring-fed pond is well-stocked with fish. The entire 60-acre of the property, dotted with gorgeous evergreen and hardwood trees, can be hiked through interconnected and well-tended trails.

The large 5-burner Vermont Castings propane-gas grill provides the perfect outdoor cooking experience on the deck.

Relax on the hammock and explore the pond on canoes provided. The outdoor fire-pit with firewood harvested from the property is the perfect spot for enjoying s'mores or a glass of wine under beautiful star-lit night sky.
