Tasteful decor with modern kitchen, leather sofas and log burner make this house a comfortable base for exploring attractions and beaches of North Devon. Cloudbreak benefits from an enclosed patio with optional hot tub hire and short distance from the Williams arms and Tarka Trail for cycling or walk along the Taw Estuary with your four legged friend. If you are bringing infants there is a playground and licensed soft play just a short walk away, or for older ones Braunton Pump track for bikes and scooters.

Bright and modern kitchen with dishwasher, built in oven, gas hob, free-standing tall fridge/freezer, microwave and fully stocked with crockery, utensils and glassware. Breakfast table seating 4, full length mirror and wall mounted LCD TV.

OUTSIDE SPACE

South facing walled garden space accessed via the kitchen to the rear of the property. The garden is fully enclosed and a riot of colour in the summer with well established shrubs making it a lovely private spot to soak up the sun on the patio. Patio table and chairs for 6, bench, washing line and Weber charcoal barbecue.

• Driveway parking for 2 cars + Free car parking across the road.

• NO washing machine

• Dogs stay FREE November to mid-December and January to Easter. We would respectfully ask that dog(s) are not permitted on furniture, in bedrooms, left unattended nor to cause a disturbance to neighbours.
