Description
An attractive, extremely well presented three bedroom cottage in an idyllic setting facing onto open forest. A short walk takes you to walking and cycling trails into the beautiful New Forest National Park.
Accommodation comprises open plan living/dining/kitchen, conservatory, further living room with woodburner stove and sofa bed,downstairs double bedroom, bathroom with shower over, upstairs is a double bedroom and a family bedroom with double bed plus a further small double bed, shower room. There is also a childrens wooden cot. This is very adaptable accommodation perfect for larger families or two families sharing. The cottage also benefits from wireless broadband connection.
The property benefits from attractive front and back garden with seating ideal for alfresco dining. Parking for 2/3 cars on the driveway. Please note that the garden is not completely dog-proof so guests should be vigilant when their dog is in the garden. There is not undercover bike storage but bikes can be locked up and placed out of sight in the back garden.
The cottage is only a short distance from the village of Brockenhurst with its variety of shops and eating places and where horses and donkeys roam freely through the streets.

“Perfect location”
We found this cottage to be in the perfect location, on the outskirts of Brockenhurst, opposite heathland where ponies came to graze. It also was extremely convenient for bike rides. The cottage was lovely, with masses of room downstairs. The front and back gardens were full of plants. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The main reason that I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the set up in one of the bedrooms, where a full size double bed and a small double bed are wedged in between the walls and the chimney breast. This could actually be a plus as far as some people are concerned, as you could fit a couple and their children in that one room, but we didn't enjoy being so enclosed.

But we attended to the property as soon as we had received the call on our emergency number. Our holiday lets manager arrived and commenced washing and cleaning the areas in the kitchen so that you could we hoped enjoy the rest of your stay.
