Description

Charming and comfortable this spacious well equipped Victorian terraced cottage is in a peaceful location in the village conservation area with direct Forest access for walking, horse riding, cycling and picnicking. Ponies at the gate yet village shops and pubs within a five to ten minute walk. Perfect for a car free holiday.

Waterley has a cosy sitting room with views over the Green, flat screen TV and DVD, complimentary Wi Fi connection throughout the cottage ; separate open plan dining area with cottage style stairs to the first floor; the dining area leads to the well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer, and gas central heating boiler. Downstairs W.C. A back door provides access to the secure south facing patio style garden where you can bbq in comfort while keeping warm with a log burner, there is a side access for bikes. Designated off road parking is opposite the cottage;

Waterley sleeps four with one double bedroom and one twin. Bedroom one has a five foot bed and forest views from the windows. Bedroom two has twin 3ft beds and an attractive beamed ceiling. Waterley benefits from a really spacious well fitted bathroom, with large shower cubicle, bath, WC and fitted basin unit. There is a downstairs wc.

The owner respectfully requests non smoking guests only and regrets no pets. Please note the fireplaces in the house are decorative only and non-operational.

“Super view”

The house is bigger than it looks. Well equipped and comfortable with spacious bathroom. All surfaces covid cleaned and plenty of gel/wipes etc. Straight off the door in yo our daily walk. Thank you Ann for making our visit safe, comfortable and relaxing.

How do damage deposits work?
