A lovely first floor apartment set in the very popular apartment complex right in the heart of Cabo Roig Strip . The complex itself has

a beautiful communal pool area also boasting a bar that leads onto the pool area . Within a one minute walk you have a fantastic choice of restaurants and bars to choose from .

There is a local market on every Thursday morning and this is just across from the block . The local beach at Punta Glea is also just a five minute walk away .

At the nearby picturesque Cabo Roig marina there are excellent restaurants close to harbour and the historic watchtower.

There are several safe, Blue Flag sandy beaches close by. The nearest, Cala Caleta(Cabo Roig beach) is just a 5-10 minute leisurely stroll and less than 2 kilometres away are the lovely Cala Capitan, La Zenia and Campoamor beaches. Click on "Location Map" and go to the Google map link and see these beaches and other features for yourself.

If golfing is your passion 4 championship golf courses of Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin and Las Colinas Golf And Country Club are only between 10 - 15 minutes drive away. Two other courses, La Finca and Hacienda Riquelme golf courses are also within a short drive.

In addition with access to the AP-7 motorway less than 4 kilometres away, the historic towns of Murcia, Orihuela, Cartegena and Alicante with their Greek, Roman and Moorish influences, along with the famous La Manga and Mar menor, are all within easy reach and well worth a visit, especially during one of their many festival weeks.

Together these facilities and nearby places of interest make this apartment the ideal base for both beach and golf holidays .

“Perfect for Family’s or couples”

We had a lovely time at this apartment...it was in the middle of the strip with all restaurants and pubs...the pool area was very clean...I’d would stay here again for sure...apartment had everything you would need...
