Description

This beautiful 3 bed house is only a 7 minute walk to the local strip at Cabo Roig . The house has a bedroom and full family bathroom on the lower level of the house and 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom on the upper level . The main bedroom has double doors leading onto a large balcony and the outside terrace areas are fantastic for those lovely evening barbacues . The house has access to a beautiful communal pool area and parking in the driveway but parking outside the house is secure . Cabo Roig has a fantastic choice of fine restaurants and bars to choose from and you will certainly be spoilt for choice . The nearby beach at Cabo Roig is about a 10 minute walk away . A trip to the new shopping centre Zenia Boulevard is a must as there is always evening entertainment in the main square and on the upper level there are many fine restaurants to choose from .

“A month of sun and fun”

We are very impressed with the response from Ania &Ben to all of our emails prior to arriving at their villa. We stayed for the month of September. Transfers were arranged by Ania & Ben. Tim the property manager was there to meet and greet. The villa is roomy, kitchen is excellently equipped.lounge/diner comfortable, bedrooms plenty of storage and all beds are very comfortable for sleep. Bathrooms showers hot and powerful,which is often not the case elsewhere, hairdryer supplied. The outside patio/garden area has a brick bbq-we used often. Sunloungers and parasols , patio tables and chairs. 2 sets of keys were supplied, which was handy as we had family staying with us. Maybe cushions for the sunloungers, a secure safe and a stairgate would be a good idea to invest in. We cooked in, ate out on Cabo Roig strip (7 minute walk). The communal pool is 2 minutes walk from the villa which we used 2-3 times a day. Ania & Ben thank you for the hospitality of your Spanish home. We will be returning.
