Description
The property is ideally situated in Roche (Conil de la Frontera – Cadiz), a quiet and peaceful villas compound located by an 11 km white sand beautiful beach. There are tennis courts, golf resorts in the area (Sancti Petri, Montenmedio, Benalup), sailing area in Sancti Petri, horses riding facilities, etc. The nearest airport is Jerez, which can be reached in 40 minutes. Gibraltar is approximately 1 hour's drive to the south. The area offers numerous days out to the “white villages” or short shopping excursions: Vejer de la Frontera, Jerez, Cadiz, Medina Sidonia or Tarifa. To the north, 90 minutes driving, the city of Seville.
The villa is 5 min walking from the beach and in its exclusive 900m2 Mediterranean garden has a 14 meters long design swimming pool.
Within the compound, there is a commercial area within a walking distance with a supermarket, a couple of restaurants, a coffee shop, pharmacy, playground, church (catholic) and there is 24 hour private security service. The compound is surrounded by a beautiful pine tree forest reserve, ideal for an afternoon walk.

We had a great stay.The villa was lovely and the owner helpful and friendly. The location was good and we all enjoyed the pool even if it was cold in April.
