Description

A lovely detached Barn, situated in the quiet village of West Caister, country lanes offer great walking and cycling opportunities direct from the door. Other attractions on the doorstep include Caister Castle, Filby Broad, Hickling Broad Nature Reserve, boat hire and sailing. Caister-on-Sea (1½ miles) has a wide sandy unspoilt beach with grassy dunes, shops, restaurants, cafés, pubs, supermarkets and other amenities. The seaside town of Great Yarmouth (3 miles) offers something for all ages.

Ground floor: Dining room/kitchen with breakfast area, beams and wooden floor. Separate toilet. Steep stairs to first floor: Living room with beams. Shower room with toilet. Steep stairs to second floor: Mezzanine with double bed, sofa bed, beams and low ceiling.

Parking for 2 cars. Freeview TV. DVD. Electric cooker. Fridge/freezer. Shared use of owner’s washing machine in outbuilding. Wi-fi. Shared, large, lawned garden with patio, terrace, sitting-out area and furniture.

“Country walk”

Nice property shame about the owner didn't have control of heating asked her to put it on no success. Ants coming in near window in kitchen. Shower wasn't suitable couldn't just it

“Lovely week at Hill House Barn!”

We had a great week at Hill house barn. It is a lovely house, very well equipped and very comfortable. The children love the quirkiness of the additional level! Excellent activities close by. We definitely recommend it.

A beautiful converted barn in a lovely area of West Caister. A lovely owner - very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. Excellent facilities in the accommodation. Nice, quiet country location

“Excellent week in Caister”

Had an excellent week in Caister, attending the Schools Sailing Nationals at Great Yarmouth and sailing the Broads. Angela made us feel so welcome and has done such a great job of refurbishing the barn. It is a high quality barn and we really enjoyed watching the sun go down from the terrace each evening. Angela even went the extra mile drying our wet sailing gear!

How do damage deposits work?
