Description

We have a homely two bedroom chalet that sleeps four, it has a full size modern cooker & microwave with a fridge/freezer in the well equipped kitchen, the living room houses two sofas, a DAB/CD stereo radio & flat screen TV & DVD player with lots of DVD films & music cd`s to keep you entertained.& WIFI. The bathroom has a full size bath with overhead electric shower.

Please be aware this is not just a rental chalet, it's also our holiday home so guests will find a welcoming little retreat with plenty of homely touches.

Guests will also benefit from passes that gives them use of the onsite entertainment club/eatery, (subject to their opening season) with attached launderette & café/diner. An indoor pool is available on site subject to an entrance fee.

On arrival guests will be given a safe key code. Electricity is supplied through a £1 coin meter, the only extra expense you will incur.

We welcome bookings from single people, couples and families of up to four.

Getting around

There are local buses into Great Yarmouth & Hemsby, but if you have a car there are lots of places to enjoy all within a short driving distance.

We want you to feel at home and relaxed on your holiday so be assured we won`t be bothering you. Our friend Tina will make sure your chalet is ready for you, cleaned, checked, and beds made with fresh bedding etc. I have tried to think of everything you might need to know, however If you have any other questions please don`t hesitate to contact me, I`m happy to help. Response from the owner I am sorry If you were under any misapprehension Catherine although I failed to see how, after studying our advertisment in detail, I cannot find any mention of the pool having a free pass, just the information telling you that there's a pool on site. As for the club, I have always been able to supply family passes for the club, and this year was no exception, so you would not have had to pay to enter the club if you showed the pass I left for you and informed you of its whereabouts. I am hoping Catherine that your £80 late booking discount I arranged for your family would have gone some way to easing your dissapointment at having to pay a one off £10 pool access. Great accommodation,tidy and everything you need.great location and the beach is lovely people are friendly. There's a open top bus just outside that takes you to into great yarmouth and plenty of arcades on site for kids. Very dog friendly and there is even a dog friendly cafe short walk from accommodation where you can sit inside or out. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Honeslty I can say best holiday I have had in UK. There is a swimming pool on site dont have to book just check times,there is lots of food places short walks chips are really good there is one on site along with pizza place, there is a desert place just 2min walk ( also sell quick food) a Chinese next door, pub on site very friendly and another chip shop 2min walk. Beach is only 3 min walk. But as you can tell we really enjoyed and we would reccomend Roger to book throu.
