Excellent location. The apartment benefits from 7 pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious terraced with stunning vieus, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. First bedroom 2 single beds that can be put together as a doble and 2 bedroom 2 single beds with a possibility of an extra third pull out bed, the apartment
is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out..
BARS AND RESTAURANTS AND NIGHT LIFE
Cala D'or and Cala Egos are very much family resorts, however they can be as busy or as relaxing as the mood takes you.
There are lots of fantastic bars and restaurants to suit all tastes in both resorts.
The world famous Marina at Cala D'or offers many quality restaurants and bars overlooking the yachts that are moored there. The Marina provides the perfect backdrop whilst relaxing and enjoying your meal or having a quiet drink. The Marina is only 3 minutes away in a taxi or for those who enjoy the exercise 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
All in all too many bars and restaurants to mention!

Wide range of shops in both Cala Egos and Cala D'or
Three supermarkets within 300 yards of apartment
The City of Palma is only 45 mins away by car where you can shop till you drop. Shopping in the city centre is Palma's answer to Regent Street in London, with the coolest shops on the island. There are plenty of designer shops but remember that this is Spain, and the shops close between 1.30pm and 4pm for siesta time.
Regular markets are held throughout the island. Most tend to start quite early in the morning (around 8am) and finish just after 1pm. Some of the larger ones are Alcudia-Tuesdays and Sundays, Andratx- Wednesday, Felanitx- Sunday and Inca each Thursday.

The resort of Cala D'or has seven small beaches with the nearest one 200 yards away from the apartment
Scuba Diving and Jet Ski hire available and speed boat rides from marina - approximately 30 Euros
Sport
A wide variety of sports and activities in the surrounding area including horse riding, cycling, motorbike hire, tennis, wind-surfing and scuba diving
There are numerous Golf Courses on the Island, 7 golf courses within a 10 to 55 minute journey by car and all offer the hire of golf clubs and trolleys etc –
The nearest is Vall Dor championship golf course (10 minutes) by car (or taxi.)

“Relaxing and peaceful place”
Lovely apartment located in gated complex with shared swimming pools and parking spaces, good for some one who concerns about security and safety. Apartment itself has all basics for your stay, however we are find it slightly outdated. The owner met us in airport with the keys and give instructions how to get there. He looks like a busy guy, and offers a transfer.This is the only time we see him. During the stay we comunicate though WhatsApp. The down side was issue with hot water and boiler, where we have to wait for plumber to sorted up. Responce rate to messages could be better including refund time for damage deposit( paid throughPayPal). It has been sent on 5th day we back to UK.Not sure how it works if pay by cash!

“Mrs”
Lovely apartment with all the facilities you need, including a lovely big balcony with comfy sofas. Excellent location, within a short walk of the lovely marina, the town (both having lots of restaurant options) and a decent sized supermarket. The pools in the complex were amazing (and very quiet despite being peak season). Would highly recommend and we will definitely be going back.

“Relaxing Family Holiday”
We had a great experience staying here, lovely spacious apartment, fully equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday. The owner incredibly kind and friendly, even there to meet and greet us at the airport. A 50 minute journey to the secure gated complex which was excellent, with many pools, ideal for families. Central location, just a stroll away to a well stocked supermarket. Wide variety of restaurants also just a short walk away. Cala D'or Marina and the Beach is around a 10 minutes walk. In fact we visited many beaches all very close. Overall a wonderful holiday, very comfortable and will definitely return.
