Lovely Ibiza Style Villa with Sea Views and Private Pool !
Villa Mar is an authentic Ibiza style villa, with an idyllic location and amazing views to the sea and to the Cala d´Or Marina. The property consists of 2 bedrooms, each with its own private entrance and bathroom en suite. Both bedrooms or not connected from the inside of the house, so it would be ideal for two couples or a small group of friends, wanting to enjoy the holidays together, but still have some private space as well. The kitchen is also in a separate building, very close to both bedrooms and the spacious terrace, with table and chairs, which will be the centre and meeting point for delicious meals together in open air. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso, washing machine, clothes dryer and all kitchen utilities.
The lush vegetation in the garden provides a Mediterranean atmosphere and is in harmony with the beautiful turquoise colour of the ocean. There is a small private pool (3m x 3m) which will offer a nice refreshment during the many warm and sunny days of your vacation.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Bedroom 1: King size bed, flat screen satellite TV, single bed in connecting space, Play station, fridge, ceiling fan, wardrobe, en suite bathroom with bathtub/shower.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, fridge, ceiling fan, built-in wardrobe, en suite bathroom with bathtub/shower.
A hair dryer is available in each bathroom.
Sports & Activities
In Cala d´Or there´s various sandy coves with crystal clear waters which offer a variety of water sport activities and the Marina is an ideal starting point for a boat trip along the beautiful coast. At 2km there is the Cala d´Or Tennis Club. There's also many activities in and around Portocolom including horse riding, tennis, sailing, diving and sea fishing. For Golf lovers the famous Vall d´Or Golf Course (18 holes) is approximately 15 minutes drive (9 km). Santanyi is also definitely worth a visit, a pretty, rural and authentically Mallorcan town with a serene atmosphere, great places to eat and a fantastic twice weekly market (Weds/Sat mornings).

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf das Meer und den Hafen von Cala D`or. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Gerne kommen wir wieder zu den netten Vermietern. :-)
