BRIGHT AND AIRY 1-bedroom apartment in a concierge, dual-lift building, with a queen-size bed and very large built-in armoire in the bedroom, as well as an easy-to-operate double sofa-bed in the lounge/living room. There is a fully-equipped spacious kitchen with a pass-through window for serving directly to the dining room table, plus a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi internet service, a fully equipped bathroom, and gorgeous and relaxing views all day long of the very green La Cala mountain, or stare out towards your left to La Cala beach! A soothing environment yet in a modern apartment. Decorated with artwork by Joan Salvadó, a renown contemporary Catalan painter and sculptor.

Located at La Cala de Finestrat, walk 500 meters to La Cala beach, or take a few-minutes’ drive to Levante and Poniente beaches; 1 bedroom apartment with terrace overlooking beautiful trees, partial Mediterranean view, swimming pool and paddle/tennis court! Video intercom for extra security.

Recreational activities nearby: Cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horseback riding, mountain biking, paragliding, roller blading, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, hiking, water skiing, wind-surfing, Go-Karting.

We are located about 500 metres from the beach and centre of Cala de Finestrat, and about 1-2 km from the centre of Benidorm (depending on which part you go to), in a quiet, sunny apartment block. There is a shared pool including a children's pool, outdoor showers and garden space, as well as a game room with some fitness equipment. There is a late-night supermarket also about 500 metres away, "La Marina" shopping centre less than 1 km up the road, restaurants, bars, and Benidorm bus stop also at 500 metres. Main railway/tram station 1.5 km away, 18-hole Golf course 3 km. Nearby attractions: Benidorm Palace 10 km, Aqualandia 10 km, Mundomar 10 km, Terra Mitica 8 km, Terra natura 8 km, Alicante city center 40 km.

NO BARBECUES ON THE TERRACE PERMITTED, AS IT IS A COVERED TERRACE AND THIS CAN CAUSE ISSUES FOR SMOKE COLLECTING IN THE APARTMENT AS WELL AS IT WILL DISTURB NEIGHBORS, ESPECIALLY ON HIGHER FLOORS.

“Great apartment - even better pool”

We found that this apartment provided great accommodation for our stay and is located only a few minutes walk from a super beach and many bars/restaurants. The new Consom is also convenient for supermarket shopping requirements. The apartment block is relatively new and therefore very modern. It also had a great swimming pool area with 4 different sections catering for toddlers all the way upto experienced swimmers. Access to the apartment block was via two locked points adding to a feeling of security across the complex. The photos and the description on the web site accurately reflected the accommodation which was spotlessly clean, had a large balcony area, a good shower and air con. The owner was easy to deal with and prompt to respond to communications. Their local reps also met us promptly for access and departure days. They are also were based in the same complex so available should we have needed any help. We really enjoyed our time in Beach and Green and anticipate returning in the future. Needless to say, we would also recommend it to others.

“Montaña y Playa todo cerca.”

Estupendo apartamento, muy amplio y comodo enfrente muy buena piscina, montaña y Playa. El último dia subí la montaña hasta el puesto de Vigia del siglo XIV entre Territorios del Reyno de Aragón y Castilla para vigilar Barcos Bereberes que venian a secuestrar hombres y mujeres jovenes para venderlos como esclavos en Argel. Eso sí, hay que tener espiritu deportista para subir desde la playa y subir a esa montaña, el tramo está algo empinado pero, siendo del Norte no hay problema, por allí se sube mucha montaña para hacer deporte.

“brilliant apartment”

Great, spacious apartment on a lovely little complex. Great pool. excellent comms from owner. Loved the big balcony. would recommend to anyone. Stayed in Cala Finestrat quite a few times now and this apartment is the best value so far. Hopefully back next year.
