Description
Welcome to this magnificent villa with private pool located in the residential area of Vallgonera (Cala Pi). It sleeps 7 people.
The outside areas are spectacular. Cool off in the chlorinated pool of 6 x 3 m with a depth ranging from 1 m to 2 m. There is a large garden with a swing for children, and a terrace with a barbecue. You can spend great evenings and enjoy the tranquility of the area under the fully-furnished porch. On the first floor, there is another furnished terrace which is accessed to from two bedrooms.
The 150 m2 villa, distributed over two floors, has four bedrooms. All of them are located on the first floor and equipped with double bed, radiator, wardrobe and views of the garden or the countryside. One has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Two cots and two high chairs are available on request. There is a toilet (ground floor) and a bathroom with bath (first floor) that serve the entire house. The living-dining room and the open-plan kitchen are located on the ground floor. Relax while watching satellite TV, reading a book or just resting. The fully-equipped kitchen has a glass-ceramic hob. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Cala Pi is 17km from Llucmajor and 4km from the Talayotic village of Capocorb, declared a historical monument, which can be visited any day on payment of an entry fee. Access by car is easy and there is free parking. The beach at Cala Pi is reached by going down some steep stairs.
Palma is 45 km away, where you will find cultural tours, monuments, museums, and extensive shopping.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
