This is another spectacular 6 bedroom property, that we are delighted to offer in our family programe of luxury villas.
Superbly located amidst a mature almond and olive grove with Tennis courts only 800 m easy walking distance away, and another 200 m the beach.
ACCOMMODATION: This very impressive and modern luxury villa provides extremely comfortable and spacious accommodation with light decor, further complimented with the highest standard of furnishings and fittings.

GROUND FLOOR: The studded solid oak front door opens into the entrance lobby and entrance hall with seating area. The huge living/dining room provides a very calm relaxing atmosphere and includes twelve seater banquet solid, oak dining table, Satellite TV, DVD player, CD music sound system, Playstation, feature fireplace, two three seater cushioned sofas, rocking chairs and French doors opening to the poolside terraces. The open oak fitted kitchen has every conceivable extra including dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, twin stainless steel sink units, electric oven and gas hob with extractor fan, fitted eye level culinary shelves, breakfast dining area, walk in pantry and two separate patio side doors open to the covered BBQ dining terrace.
BEDROOM ONE AND TWO: Two attractive twin bedrooms, each with built in wardrobes and bedside bookshelves with individual halogen light control, have garden views to open countryside and share an adjoining full bath/shower room. Private and separate entrance to the staff room, maid's laundry room with washing machine and wet-in shower room.
UPSTAIRS: From the inner hallway, the stairs with coved lighting lead up to the galleried landing.
BEDROOM THREE : The beautiful master double bedroom has oak bedside reading bookshelves, each with halogen lamps and individual control, ladies dressing area with fitted wardrobes and the opulent full en-suite bath/shower room with Romanesque tiles and marble twin hand-basins. French doors open to the private upper sun terrace with poolside and garden views.
BEDROOM FOUR AND FIVE: Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and covered Sun-Set terrace share an adjacent full bath/shower room with another twin Bedroom.
BEDROOM SIX: Twin bedroom with ensuite wet-in shower room. Central heating and air-conditioning in all rooms, set on a timer for ten hours daily complimentary.
