FORBIDDEN PARTIES (NO PARTIES ALLOWED)
The villa is situated in one of the most remote places in north east of the white island. A quiet area on top of a mountain with wonderful sea views where you see the sunset hiding in the Mediterranean, surrounded by nature and tranquility, make this wonderfull House a special and unique place.
The house is rustic type and consists in 5 rooms.
Master bedroom is on the main floor next to living room and kitchen which goes to the huge terrace with dining table watching the sunset at sea.
At the top is top room (service)
On the ground floor there are 2 double rooms and a courtyard with beautiful garden, barbacue and swimming pool. From the pool from the pool leaves a trail that goes to the fifth bedroom (bottom room), where a mosaic table with a second barbecue.
All rooms are equipped with A.C. The house is 5 minutes to the sea and supermarket. At the entrance of the house there ability to park 6 cars or more.
Many different relied furnished terraces with panoramic sea view with sun rise and sunset spectacular, gives a unique sensation of space and freedom.
Advice: if the rent is for make a party, your booking will be cancelled and You will lose your money.
no more people in the villa than the reservation has been made.
Distance by car to airport 15 minutes, Ibiza town 15-20 minutes, San Antonio bay 6 min. Cala d'Hort 5 minutes.
