Bright and Quiet 250m2 villa located in Calonge, Santanyí. This property offers wonderful views of the countryside and has capacity for 8 people.

This cottage has a very large landscaped exterior. It features a chlorine 9x4,5m pool, with a depth ranging from 1.30m to 1.85m. Around the pool there is a 70m2 paved area in which you can relax in one of 10 sun loungers available and where there is also 1 umbrella. In this paved area you will also find 1 outdoor shower where you can rinse off when coming from the beach or after a walk around the field. At the same time, on the outside of villa there are fruit trees and a 90 m2 fenced in lawn area, which is perfect for younger children to enjoy. This house has a total of 3 furnished terraces (2 of them can be accessed from 2 of the bedrooms on the 1st floor): 2 are 12 m2 in size and the 3rd one is 30m2. The house is surrounded by a 24m2 porch where you can enjoy wonderful evenings outdoors with family and friends. Near the porch there is also 1 fixed barbecue where you can enjoy cooking outdoors. Besides all this, this property has 1 gym with 2 machines on the 1st floor, and an area in the courtyard where you can play basketball and table tennis. The privacy of this villa is partial and has outside space to park 5 vehicles, as well as a charger for electric cars.

The air-conditioned living room with fireplace is the ideal place to relax watching satellite TV, a DVD movie or reading a good book. The furnished dining room is open to the living room and there you can enjoy long after dinner talks with your loved ones. The property’s kitchen has everything you need to unleash your imagination cooking your best dishes, including gas stove. The property has 1 separate laundry room where you will find 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are a total of 4 bedrooms in the property, 1 with 1 double bed and the other 3 with 2 single beds. All rooms are air conditioned, have wardrobes and you have access to 1 crib for the little children. As a whole, this house has 3 full bathrooms, 2 with bathtub and 1 with shower, 1 fan, 2 radiators and air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room. Solar panels supply the house with energy.

Both the property and its surroundings give you a calmed feeling, so it is ideal to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. The villa is located within an 11,000 m!ª plot of in an environment that invites you to take long walks through dry fields, and the almond and pine trees. The house is just 450m from the village of S'Horta where they can find everything you might need during your holiday. This is a town with great commercial life and interesting places to visit. Just 4.5km away you will find the beach of Cala d'Or, one of the most authentic areas of Mallorca. With the car and in only 15 min. You can also get to other beaches that are worth it, such as Cala Mondragó, Cala Ferrera, Portopetro or Cala Sa Nau. In addition, this property is 60 km from the city of Palma where you can go sightseeing and make cultural visits, go shopping or enjoy the nightlife of the city.

There's a storage for bicycles with some tools for your use.

A/C is free of charge from 9 pm till 7 a.m. and from 2 pm till 4 pm. If you need air conditioning the whole day, it has an additional cost.
