Cancellation rules during the Covid19 pandemic
100% refund for all new reservations till 28.8.2020 for stays before 31.10.2020 if the COVID-19 regulation in Spain or the guest's country of origin does not allow travel to the Costa Blanca (Spain).
Check-in and check-out of the tourist accommodation can be contactless. Direct check-in/check-out at the villa without visiting the office. Cleaning of the villas/apartments are according to the protocol for the reduction of hygienic-sanitary risks produced by the COVID-19.
Laura 29 is a spacious villa set in extensive natural grounds by the outskirts of Calpe. We can enjoy at all times the views towards the Mediterranean landscape that reach out all the way to the sea and the famous Ifach rock. Due to the position of the villa and its extensive plot, we can enjoy the sun and the shade at any time of the day. The sun worshipers will enjoy the miles of golden sand beaches, coves, and bays that drive across the entire coast of Calpe, To top things up, the golf enthusiasts will find a golf course a few Km away.
Calpe has become a major hot spot not only because of the previously mentioned features, but also because it offers a large variety of restaurants, bars, and shops right by the beachfront. The exterior enjoys a large private swimming pool overlooking a field of olive trees and with views reaching to the sea. The terrace provides a relaxing atmosphere with an outdoor dining area, an umbrella, sunbeds, and a BBQ, all encompassed by a Mediterranean-style garden.
The entire accommodation is on the first floor. We enter through a covered veranda into a spacious living/dining room with Sat+TV+DVD+A/C leading towards the fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and 3 twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom and another shower room with a washing machine. The master bedroom is equipped with A/C.
