Description

Casa Joyita is a modern yet traditional private detached 3 bedroom villa with its own (sun all day) pool (8x4 meters). Located in the quiet residential area of Cuxarret Calpe. Casa Joyita is equipped and maintained to a high standard and furnished to provide a comfortable homely feel. It provides for easy access to Calpe's 2 beaches Levante/Arenal, marina, supermarkets, town, restaurants and all amenities. Its closeness to the resorts of Moraira and Altea make it an ideal base for sightseeing. Enjoying panoramic views towards the Calpe Rock (Penon de Ifach) and a view of the Mediterranean Sea between the pines.

The villa is entered through double drive gates and steps up to a covered Naya with table and chairs for alfresco dining. The villa has 1 double bedroom with ensuite and 2 twin bedrooms served by a full bathroom with shower over. The lounge is spacious and comfortable and provides Free WI-FI and UK satellite TV with Premium Movies and Sports channels also Spanish, French and German channels. A HI-FI system, IPhone/IPad Dock, Charger and DVD player is also provided with a selection of music and film discs. The dining room has seating for 6 and there is a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you will need. All the windows are fitted with Mosquito Screens and there are Ceiling Fans in all the bedrooms and the lounge. Radiators are fitted in all rooms for winter rentals and there is also a log fire.

Outside there is a mature private enclosed garden with the pool deck and sun terraces which are equipped with sun loungers, shades, patio table and chairs and a BBQ.

A Cot and High Chair is available for Hire on request.

Our local agents are always available to clients should assistants be required.

Casa Joyita is perfect for families and anyone looking for a relaxing self catering holiday, close to all amenities. We are sure everybody will enjoy our villa.

Response from the owner This review is not entirely accurate and seems motivated by spite. Yes the clients did suffer building work noise and dust from the adjacent properties. We were not aware of any impending work before the clients arrival. We responded to the clients 1st email within 24 hours and once aware of the problem within a couple of hours for subsequent emails. We sent our sincere apologies for the disruption and as the clients recognised themselves the unfortunate situation was out of our control as we do not hold sway over neighbouring properties.

“Maybe a bit indulgent just the two of us but just great to invite the Grandchildren”

This villa is exactly as it says on the tin. All mod cons, pretty private, and never had 4 tables each with 6 chairs before. Managed to watch the Singapore Grand Prix via Sky from the naya and still be in the sun - bliss (although my wife might not agree). Arrived after 12 midnight and the advice to have a torch was spot-on. Only downside was that there was no bottled water when we arrived so couldn't make a cuppa. Still - inviting our son, his wife and grandchildren round for a BBQ was great and the pool was a definite hit, as was the Disney channel! Would definitely recommend this villa. PS. our sat-nav failed as we exited Alicante airport, but the directions supplied by John and Jo got us there just fine. PPS - if you happen to have a Kindle with free 3G access then there is a strong signal.

my wife jean and two grandchildren natasha15trs alexander 12yrs did not want to come home the villa had everything you need for a home from homeHOLIDAY the shops and supermarket is 5mts away and some great places to eat .if you can drag the kids from the villa there is plenty to see and do you are not far from the zoo. waterparks .themeparks and golf if that is your thing .it is a nice part of spain .and a superb villa WILL GO AGAIN PS WATCH OUT FOR THE POOL CLEANER HE IS A CHARMER HE WILL TALK THE EARS OF YOU.
