Two storey luxury villa facing the sea, with 6 bedrooms, large terraces and wonderful gardens. With spectacular views of the Penon de Ifach and the sea. Large private pool (with slide) and jacuzzi (outdoor cold water). In this area you can enjoy the tranquility because it is an area where there is no traffic or noise. And the star feature are its spectacular views, you will not find other similar at any point of Calpe. The Chalet has all kinds of facilities, in a few minutes by car you are in the town and on the beaches. You can relax in its spacious terraces, all surrounded by gardens with wonderful palm trees that make the stay a paradise. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 bathroom, living-dining room, kitchen-dining room with direct access from the garage, open terrace and sunroom. On the first floor accessed through an internal staircase, there are: 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, and the master suite with a double bed, dressing room, private bathroom, and private terrace. All rooms are very spacious with lots of light and have air conditioning. The living room with air conditioning and the kitchen are very spacious and have direct access to terraces with barbecue. “The house has been neglected”
The house has been neglected. Grubby on the inside, plates and bowls needed washing, as did cutlery No tea towels supplied. No duvet covers supplied!! Outside facilities are good

“AVOID”
This is without doubt the worst villa we have ever stayed in. The villa just wasn't ready for guests. The hot tub had so many chemicals in that it burnt and blistered people in intimate areas. Cooking hob didn't work. Beds not made and mattresses were disgusting there are only 6 sun beds no welcome information was given i.e. Where the bins are etc. The manager is rude and unhelpful and didn't reply to any of our concerns whilst we were there.
