Naya

The large sunny enclosed room overlooks the pool and Calpe's rock is equipped with a dining room table and chairs. This leads on to the large comfortable lounge.

Lounge

Comfortable large lounge · 4 setter sofa and three setter sofa and a two setter sofa bed coffee table, 40 LCD Flat T. V., Video, Radio and CD-Player. DVD player with usb slot. Free Sat System (english, german, French) The villa is equipped with a book and video library. There is a wood burning stove ideal for the winter months.

Kitchen

Newly equipped, fully tiled kitchen with large gas hob and oven, large fridge freezer and microwave, coffee machine, toaster. Gas Kettle There is also a washing machine.

Master bedroom

Double bed with bedside cabinets and large freestanding wardrobe. There is a en suite fully tiled bathroom comprising of shower, washbasin and toilet. The master bedroom has air-conditioning.

Bedroom 2

Two Single beds with bedside cabinets and large built in wardrobe the views over look the pool area there is a small safe in the wardrobe.

Bedroom 3

Double bed with bedside cabinets and large built in wardrobe the views over look the garden

Bedroom 4 Two large single beds large built-in wardrobe, it has direct access to terraced pool area and is very private as it is not internally connected to the villa. you have easy access to the fully tiled toilet room with wash hand basin

“Best Holiday”

That’s is 2nd visit we love that House and Calpe Best possible location 15 mn walk to beach for nice evening walk and to visit clubs and restaurants 110% recommended

“Holliday with family”

It is a very nice house with big, private territory. 3 -5 minutes by car to supermarket and beach. The territory was not clean, but the house was perfect. We ask to clean the swimming pool and the owner did it in 20 minutes. Thanks a lot.

Response from the owner Thank you for your review, I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. The work being carried out next door is light construction work to finish building a villa. Mainly brick laying. Within the next few weeks all building should be finished.
