This Villa can accommodate from 6 to 8 people : 3 large bedrooms - 3 bathrooms and each room is independent and has its own terrace or garden. Each bathroom is private and has a toilet.

On the ground floor, an open living space of 50 m², including a kitchen, a dining room adjacent to a terrace with barbecue and garden furniture.

The kitchen is fully equipped, American fridge with fresh water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, two coffee machines (espresso - coffee machine), convection oven and microwave, toaster... The laundry has a washing machine, dryer and an ironing board.

Each room of the villa is air conditioned, equipped with a flat screen and wireless internet.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
