House seaside with panoramic views of the bay of CAMARET / SEA, on the peninsula of Crozon. House with sea access by the coastal path to 20 m, and leading to the port and its shops in 15 minutes. Location on the peninsula of Crozon and ideal home for family holidays with various activities! Nearby: water activities (clubs and sailing sites, surfing, scuba diving, beaches, fishing ...), hiking (direct access to GR 34), cultural activities (typical port, concerts, gastronomy, Festival du Bout du World...). Detached house with a large garden and a large garage in the basement. Fitted kitchen, dining room and living room overlooking the bay of Camaret / Sea. 2 bedrooms (duvets and pillows): one with a bed of 140, the other with a bed of 140 + 2 beds 90 bunk. Bathroom with bath, separate WC. Garden furniture, barbecue. Linen not provided (sheets, duvet covers, towels ...). No wifi but a good 4G network!
