Description
Enjoy 1-2 bedrooms and private full bath on the lower level of a bi-level residence. You'll love the panoramic Santa Lucia Mt views, gas-plumbed fire pit, and sunniest microclimate in town. Price includes gourmet breakfast and occupancy tax.
This bi-level offers you the privacy of the downstairs living quarters, offering your choice of guest bedrooms, along with a private bath. Each bedroom offers comfortable pillowtop mattresses and down comforters. Each bedroom on the lower level offers access to the east-facing lower deck. The south bedroom includes an HD TV.
Due to drought conditions, your linens are not changed during your stay and no laundry privileges are offered.
Guest Access:
Your bedroom quarters are private, but other guests might be staying in the master suite on the upper level. During your stay, you are welcome to share the upstairs living space and relax on the upper deck.
Your stay includes a breakfast menu specific to your dietary needs. If you are lactose intolerant, gluten-free, paleo, vegetarian, etc., I can accommodate. Free-range and organic eggs are purchased from a local merchant. I try to purchase (or grow my own) organic fruits and vegetables when possible, but at the very least, I look for chemical-free and non-GMO produce and packaged products. Breakfast is served either in the inside dining area, or on the outside upper deck (weather permitting).
The rates shown are based on 2 people sharing a single bedroom. If your party has more than 2 people (up to 4) an additional charge of $70/pp is added to your rate per night. If you are a party of 2, but require both bedrooms, an additional one-time fee of $35 will be added to your rate for use of the second bedroom. The fee is in addition to the quoted rate; it can be paid upon your arrival, or I can request payment through the system after you check out.

I'm a retired technical writer, but aspire to be a published author one day.
Two dogs are on the premises to greet you. Each is a rescue, and each is senior.
* Josie "Wails" is a 77-pound Lab mix. She is rather big but very gentle, and is quite the talker. What may sound like a howl is simply her way of saying hello.
* Romeo is a 14-pound Shih Tzu, who is deaf and primarily blind.
I make every effort to keep the property clean and sanitized, so discomfort from pet allergies should not be a concern.
Please note: Josie is very sweet, but she is also very strong. Safety is my concern. As a precaution, if you are traveling with small children, please find accommodations better suited for your needs.

“Great stay!”
We enjoyed our one night stay at Renee's B&B. Her, Josie, and kitties warmly greeted us. The room was pleasant and the bed was so comfortable! Breakfast the next morning was absolutely delicious! Thank you for opening up your beautiful home. ❤

Renee was friendly and helpful. Cooked a fantastic breakfast. Rooms were beautifully appointed and beds were very comfortable. Friendly dogs were a plus.
