Description

This lovingly restored 17th century former Cider Press is a detached cottage in its own grounds with incredible panoramic views over the farmland and woods beyond. It is an ideal location for people wanting a peaceful, rural retreat in beautiful surroundings but with plenty of local amenities nearby.

The comfortable lounge area has ample space to relax and unwind. The fully fitted kitchen and dining area contains all the modern conveniences you could possibly need. A handcrafted solid wood staircase leads to 2 bedrooms. The main has 1 double and a single bed, with french doors leading onto a stunning balcony, offering glorious views and seating area perfect for your morning coffee. The second bedroom is a twin, with two single beds and ample space for an additional sofa bed or travel cot. The bathroom as with the bedrooms retain many character features. There is high speed WiFi throughout, Satellite TV, a DVD player and DVD library. We also provide books and games, as well as highchairs and travel cots. Outside there is a private eating area with traditional Breton BBQ, and a large private garden, this leads into the large, well stocked communal garden and heated 10x4m swimming pool. The Cider Press has its own parking to the side of the property.

Spent a week here in August. Excellent. The gite is full of character, and roomy and clean. Garden infront is for your own use and great spot for the BBQ. Lots of character and nice and quiet for loc… More

“Absolutely fantastic”

Barbara and Tony were fantastic made us feel so welcome straight away. A lovely welcome bottle of wine was waiting which was a lovely thing. The accommodation was beautiful and the pool and surrounding area is stunning. fantastic place quite peaceful but not too far from shops etc. Going next year taking another family with us. Thanks again Tony and Barbara see you next year Kind regards Ally Studds
