Cumana Blu Residence is at just one km from the Adriatic coast.
The holiday residence has 7 fully furnished apartments to let, placed in a 15,000sq.m. park with old oaks and a beautiful view over the sea. Cumana Blu is a villa in complete harmony with the surrounding country thanks to the particular attention to details. All the apartments to let offer every kind of comfort to allow the customers to spend a relaxing and pleasant holiday: cable tv, air conditioning, internet wi fi, laundry and an ironing room.
Moreover, all the customers have also, at their disposal a swimming pool ( from May to September)and a little spa made up of a gym and a jacuzzi.
In the garden, besides a playground for children, there is a gazebo with a relaxing area and vast space where it is possible to barbecue.
A very unique holiday residence all over Le Marche.
Beautiful house with garden and 1 Km from the coast, which can easily be reached by car. Private garden, air conditioning, satellite tv, wi fi internet and all possible comforts: gym, relaxation room with hot tub, barbecue, swimming pool.
