Gli appartamenti di Villa Agrumeto sono situati nel centro del paese di Canneto, attaccato a Lipari dove il lungomare gode di spiaggia di ciotoli e ottima per il nuoto.

La posizione è particolarmente comoda ai servizi, ma, allo stesso tempo, in una zona tranquilla circondata da verde e fiori.

I servizi vicini sono: la fermata dell'autobus di fronte alla chiesa, a 100 metri sotto la casa; piccolo molo turistico per prendere le barche e andare in escursione alle altre isole; farmacia, ristoranti, pizzerie, supermercato a 80 metri; spiagge; bar ; noleggio scooter e auto, noleggio barche e gommoni, ecc

A 4 km si trova la Cattedrale di San Bartolomeo e Museo Archeologico Regionale Eoliano.

Villa Agrumeto è dotato di un’Area solarium, con piscina autoportante delle dimensioni di mt 4,00 x 2,80 xh 1,20 ideale per i bambini, ma anche per gli adulti, con un getto idromassaggio piacevole , lettini, ombrelloni, amaca, doccia esterna con acqua calda, e vista sul mare.

Gli animali domestici sono i benvenuti.

Ogni appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata, tv con decoder TV SAT e canali stranieri, lavatrice, cassaforte, wifi gratuito ,phone, incluso di biancheria da letto e da bagno.

Once on the island, there are several ways to get around: by shuttle bus every 10-15 minutes from Lipari to Canneto and vice versa; the times change approximately every 15 days and the number of journeys increases with the increase of the summer season Urso trucking company or: rent a scooter, from 50 cc or 125 cc in one of the rental points near the port "Da Luigi" or from "Lorenzo car rental "or directly to Canneto" Da Lorenzo SCOOTER AND CAR RENTAL "or by taxi, excellent night service too
