UPDATE: No pool cage enclosure.

This beautiful Villa is located in a quiet Cape Coral neighborhood. The lot is located right on the water where you can enjoy the beautiful view over the canal. The lanai has a lovely pool and a spacious dining area.

Villa Africa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, dining area, office, and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a large closet. The Master bathroom is en-suite master and has a big shower with plenty of space for two, double sinks and a walk-in closet. The toilet is separate. The second bedroom is slightly bigger than the third and therefore also has a King-sized bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds and also has a TV. Both these rooms share the second bathroom.

To secure clean and fresh linen and towels for every stay, we use a professional linen company. They handle everything from a state-of-the-art facility in Fort Myers, FL and only uses top-rated Ecolab detergents and chemicals, promising pristine linens with each service.

The Villa offers a spacious office, decorated with signed, original photographs of famous Hollywood stars, shot by the house owner! The office has two nice desks, plenty of office supplies and high-speed Internet, printer/scanner/copier, telephone and fax that helps you keep up with business or stay in touch with friends during your stay!

The living area offers a 55-inch TV, a DVD-player and a powerful Sony stereo device for your enjoyment. There are plenty of books, movies, and disks for you to enjoy during your stay. The dining room has a big dining table with plenty of space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and ice-maker, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Outside there is a gas BBQ-grill.
