Luxurious 2500 sq. ft. Gulf Access family-friendly home in the desirable SW Cape Coral area. This lovely saltwater canal home offers easy gulf access with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, den/office and formal dining room making it ideal for families and couples. Villa Sierra is located in one of the best neighbourhoods in Cape Coral. 5 minutes to Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach and Pier and 7 minutes to Cape Coral Harbour Front.

Villa Sierra sleeps 8 comfortably and features 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The home is allergy-friendly with ceramic tile floors throughout the entire house.

The master bedroom features its own 32” TV, a King size bed and includes a walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with his and her basins, soaker tub and separate walk-in shower. The master bedroom has pool views through its direct pool access sliding glass doors.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms feature beautifully appointed furnishings with 32” LED TVs and Queen beds. The 4th bedroom features two twin beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The 2nd bathroom has the added bonus of a pool door giving access to the screened pool area.

Prepare your own gourmet meals in the huge fully equipped kitchen (with Corian countertop and stainless steel appliances) and wrap-around breakfast bar that seats five. Enjoy informal dining off the kitchen overlooking the pool area or more formal dining in the well-appointed separate dining room.

Cozy up with a good book on the double chaise lounge in the den or set up your laptop in the office area with free WiFi and free calls within the USA and Canada.

The family room is well appointed with a new leather sectional and recliner to relax and watch your favourite show/movie on the new 55” flat-screen LED TV.

A family-friendly environment, Villa Sierra extends to our little guests Graco Pack N Play (play-pen) high chair, stroller and pool toys for your convenience. For trips to the fabulous beaches nearby, beach chairs, beach towels and portable coolers are included.

This beautifully manicured and professionally landscaped home, with exquisite Western exposure, offers sunshine all day long. The private screened-in lanai with a 30-foot heated pool and covered dining area is perfect for relaxation and entertaining. The pool area/patio includes an outdoor gas BBQ, patio set and poolside loungers. The pool area is visible throughout the house through 4 large sliding glass doors off the kitchen and family room.

Across the back yard, a few steps from the pool is a large wrap-around dock large enough to provide seating and a pleasant place to fish or watch for dolphins and manatees that frequent the canal and inhabit the Caloosahatchee River Basin. Boaters will love the short (approx. 30 minute) ride to the river.

Villa Sierra is situated on one of the many popular gulf access canals that the Cape is famous for, the canals are teeming with fish such as snook and even the most novice of anglers should enjoy some success. In Florida, you don’t need a boat license and with boating such a popular pastime with residents, boat hire is readily available - the hire companies can deliver the boat to the Villa, so you can explore the many beautiful islands, restaurants and beaches only accessible from the water.

A short distance away are the famous beaches of Fort Myers Beach and the tropical barrier islands of Sanibel and Captiva. Also along the shoreline is the state park of Lover's Key, rated in the Top 10 Beaches in the US on the Travel Channel. Nearby, Fort Myers and Naples have earned the reputation of having some of the most sought after public and private golf courses in the world. “Perfect villa”

Where shall I start, villa Sierra is just fantastic, unfortunately we were only staying one week. We had just stayed in a villa in Orlando which was really nice but villa Sierra was perfect, it is very spacious, has recently been upgraded to a high standard. On arrival we found the villa to be very clean and the outside pool area was just the same. The extra large lanai area was really lovely and great to sit and have a late evening drink when it was a bit cooler. The A/C worked well and was needed for the hot Aug weather, all rooms also had ceiling fans. The pool was a great size and our son had hours of fun in it. Backing into a gulf access canal was also great as we hired a boat for 3 days, although it took us more like 45 mins to get to the main river it was still very enjoyable. I would highly recommend villa Sierra and hope to return again one day soon.

“Absoluut perfect !”

Het huis ligt in een rustige woonwijk op een hoek. Geen last van buren. Het is goed onderhouden en echt alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De keuken is zeer goed uitgerust, meer dan genoeg keukengerei. In de garage zijn strandstoelen, luchtbedden, ballen etc voor in het zwembad in ruime mate aanwezig. Het contact met de eigenaar is zeer vlot. Ze reageert echt heel erg snel. Wij voelden ons zeer welkom in deze villa en zullen tijdens een volgend bezoek aan Florida zeker weer van deze villa gebruik maken.

“Spacious villa, well appointed”

If you are looking to rent this villa, then do. The pictures available online really do justice to the villa. The living area is spacious, the seating is comfortable and the TV is HUGE! The kitchen is well appointed with just the right amount of crockery, cutlery and utensils and a super American fridge freezer. There is also a cooker and dishwasher - we didn't use either as we ate out every night. The master bedroom is spacious and comfortable, plenty of room and hangers in the walk in wardrobe and the shower in the ensuite is wonderful. There are 3 other bedrooms, all quite small, but very comfortable. There is a small laundry room with a large washing machine and dryer leading to the garage (which, although very large, couldn't take our Suburban). In the garage were a variety of beach stuff like parasols, chairs and inflatables. The outside area on the lanai has a well kept swimming pool, lots of seating (one dining table with chairs and a variety of conversational seating areas). There is also a BBQ - again we didn't use it as we ate out. The air con is wonderful - we visited in May and it was very humid, but the house was extremely cool! I could not have chosen a better villa. The villa is in Cape Coral - a man-made canal based city in the south west of Florida. We were on a golfing holiday and didn't drive more than about 45 minutes to some wonderful courses, but as we were visiting out of season, our commutes were apparently around half the time than they would have been in the high season of December to Easter. There are some great eateries in the area - our personal favourite was the Monkey Bar...strange mix of excellent food and really awful, but truly brilliant, karaoke. Would I go back - yes to the villa, but I wasn't a fan of Florida - its too flat for me! I like a view. We played Sanibel island golf course, which wasn't anymore than a block from the sea, but I couldn't see the sea at all. Being from a rather hilly country (Scotland) I found this most disconcerting. Huge thank you to Danielle who owns the villa for her good taste and to Charlie and the maintenance staff who work hard to keep the villa in tip top condition.

“Beautiful Villa in a lovely setting”

Just back from a two week stay at he Villa Sierra, all our needs were well catered for. Loved the pool area and all the relaxing seats. Great air conditioning and fans to keep the heat off. Plenty of towels and linen and other facilities. We even borrowed beach stuff which was useful. Big TVs in all rooms and the location was quiet especially at night for sleeping. Safe area for early morning jogging and shops wiithin half a mile of the villa. Would definitely recommend

Response from the owner I too wish you were able to take your vacation. Unfortunately, it is Flipkey that takes payment and enforces the cancellation policy not the owners. As I mentioned, I did purchase numerous special ads on the website extending the Villa at a discounted rate to try and book the time you had reserved so I could at least personally refund the $$ you paid to Flipkey; however, with only a few weeks until your originally planned arrival, it did not get reserved I hope you will consider Flipkey for your future travels but perhaps cancellation insurance would be beneficial. All my best wishes!!!
