An exceptional furnished two bedroom, two bathroom Duplex Villa, just bring your bathing suit and toothbrush!

Located in the Heart of Paradise, Cape Coral, Fl. Easy access to everything. 1/2 hour to Sanibel Island, and Fort Myers Beach. Check out Manatee Park and Edison Ford House. Local pubs, shopping, Yacht Club Beach and Community Pool only 10 minutes away. The little Art Town of Matlacha is 15 minutes from your doorstep. Enjoy meeting the fisherman at Berts Bar or have lunch at Miceli's outside deck and watch dolphins play in the canal. Try a day of fishing the flats with Captain Dave, or just tour the islands on Juan's boat and stop for a swim and lunch at Cabbage Key.

Villa has a queen bed with a private bath, the second bedroom is set up with twin beds and a bathroom outside the door. Nice clean modern kitchen. You will love this 1100 sq ft. villa. Screened lanai with a back fenced patio for sunbathing and grilling. Next door, a pool for your relaxation and enjoyment. Require four day notice prior to the booking request.

Fenced grassy yard for your four leg companion. Also additional large fenced lot next door for your pet to run freely.
