Brand New 5 bedroom Contemporary

This new contemporary home at 304 Philadelphia Ave. is only three blocks to the beach and it is ideal for a family vacation. The open floor plan makes it easy to cook, chat or converse with each other. Enjoy cooking a lobster, barbecuing a burger on the natural gas grill on the large deck, taking a leisurely stroll to one of the many restaurants along the beach which offer a variety of fish, vegetarian and gourmet dishes. The open areas are filled with light from the numerous windows and the double door to the deck. The dining table seats six comfortably and there is a built in wine rack. The kitchen island seats four and the countertops are black quartz with pops of royal blue. The stove has a self-cleaning oven, four burners and a center grill; above it is a microwave. The cabinets boast a Lazy Susan, deep drawers and pull out shelves. The home boasts two master suites, one on each level; each with flat screen TV s, each has a walk-in shower with a seat and luxurious accent tiles to brighten up your morning. Double doors open to the deck from the first floor master bedroom so you can enjoy a pleasure cup of coffee in the morning and a nightcap in the evening. On the second floor the bath has a double vanity and a make-up area and the bedroom has a vaulted ceiling to create a feeling of spaciousness. All of the bathrooms feature Toto toilets and sinks, a name well known for its quality and vanities. The three additional bedrooms have two single beds and share a bath with a tub/shower combination that is surrounded by tile with bold accents. Parking is not a problem; there is a single car garage and space for two cars in the driveway. There are no meters on the street. Cape May sells itself; it is consistently rated as a top beach and it has a rich history and architectural buildings as well as award winning live theater and music ranging from country to jazz to classical.
