PET FRIENDLY COASTAL COTTAGE

1022 MARYLAND AVENUE

This lovely home features all you need for your Cape May vacation. It is located just 3 blocks from the beach with off street parking on a quiet residential street. You can take a deep breath and relax. There are 3 bedrooms accommodating 6 people, a large living room and separate family room which opens

onto a deck and fenced in dog friendly wooded yard. For inside dining, there is a separate dining room with seating for 6. The kitchen offers all you need for your meals. We offer central air, new windows, gas and charcoal grills, outdoor furniture and an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Games and books are there for your enjoyment, as well as televisions in both living room and family room. Park your car and you may not need to start the engine during your vacation. Bring or rent bikes or walk to town, boardwalk and beach. Many fine and/or fun restaurants are within walking distance.

And of course, beautiful Cape May beaches are just around the corner. Pillows and blankets are

provided. The homeowner keeps 4 beach chairs and umbrella in the garage if guests wish to use, but they cannot guarantee them.

Response from the manager We are so sorry that you had a disappointing stay last summer. We have no record of any complaints for this property so if you could please give us a call , we would be happy to address your issues. We also weren't given your name so we couldnt contact you directly. We do carry an Emergency phone during the rental season that we answer 24/7 and pride ourselves in our excellent service to our rental guests.
