Appartamento in villa con ingresso indipendenti e ampio giardino fronte mare ( disponibilità di 6+3 posti letto). Soluzione adatta a famiglie e gruppi. La villa è situata a 40 m. dal litorale, con scoglio basso praticabile, si affaccia su un mare azzurro e trasparente. L'ampio giardino curato con piante e fiori, è di esclusiva pertinenza dell'appartamento ed è arredato di gazebo, zona pranzo, carrello barbecue e sdraio. All'appartamento, posto a livello giardino, si accede da un ampio patio coperto, ed è composto da un grande soggiorno comunicante con una cucina pranzo; con tre camere da letto, tre bagni, ciascuno per ogni camera, servizi con doccia. Un ripostiglio/lavanderia. Nel soggiorno, curato e accogliente, sono presenti due poltrone letto per eventuali posti aggiunti. Disponibile anche brandina letto.
Una passeggiata ciclo/pedonale costruita quasi a ridosso della battigia lungo il litorale, collega la località Capilungo alla baia Torre Sinfonò per una lunghezza di circa 3 km. La rotonda sul mare, di fronte alla villa, è attrezzata con chiosco-bar permanente ed utilizzata occasionalmente per fiere, sagre ed eventi ecc... Le spiagge di sabbia fine e bianca con pineta, sia libere che attrezzate, sono facilmente raggiungibili in 10/15 minuti d'auto. I posti auto sono in parcheggio libero, in adiacenza alla villa. A 300 mt. dalla villa si trovano Esercizi commerciali ( market bar tabacchi e pizzeria) la braceria a 50m. la chiesa dei Santi Medici a 30m. La villa posta sulla costa del mar Ionio, è in posizione centrale rispetto a Gallipoli e S.M. Leuca lido attrezzato in adiacenza a spiaggia libera "lido pazze" con sabbia, piscina, bar animazione ecc...
