Description
The holiday house Eco del Mare features three beautiful villa-apartments, Salto nel blu, Brezza di mare e Alba chiara, located very few meters from the sea and with private direct access on the wonderful sandy beach of Capitolo, a little seaside village in Monopoli. The apartments - completely surrounded by greenery and equipped with private parking in a specially dedicated area - are newly built, made of excellent quality materials and equipped with all comforts such as: linen, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, cooking facilities, microwave, kettle, wifi, etc.. Beyond the garden, there is, on one side, a free beach and, on the other one, a private beach which features all kinds of facilities in Summer time.
For water sports lovers, there is the chance to practise windsurf, kitesurf, sups, water skiing, ecc., or to rent jet skis, banana boats, floating chairs, pedal boats, boats for excursions along the coast. Just a few hundred meters from the house, a great attraction is the Water Park Egnatia.
The holiday house Eco del Mare is particularly suitable for families as there is no danger caused by traffic and no need to cross roads to reach the sea. Besides, the whole beach in front of the house is very children friendly, having no pebbles or rocks (as well as the seabed).
