Description

With panoramic views, the House is one of a terrace of five in a secure complex, the ideal base for families and couples. Perched on a hill (20 min. drive to Tropea) overlooking the Sea , with a shared pool.

The house is located only 600 metres from the much sought-after village of Santa Maria di Ricadi , and the scenic coastal town of Tropea not far beyond. The house overlooks the famous Coast of the Gods with the Aeolian Islands and Sicily on the Horizon.

It is a spacious one story home suitable for a young family or senior couple , only approximately three steps at various points in the garden preventing wheelchair access. All with stunning views of the Sea.

It has a floral and green garden with patio to the front of villetta. 600 metres away from the sandy beach at Santa Maria and internationally renowned Grotticelle beach a little further on . It has three bedrooms and one bathroom incl. shower. The villetta can accommodate comfortably 6 guests. It is equipped with air conditioning, TV -local channels and all the necessary fittings, furnishings to enjoy an carefree stay . Bug nets on all windows.The house also has its own parking space. The complex is gated with access to an amazing adult and kiddies pool area , Gazebo, and volleyball court through another gate. All emersed in a manicured garden . Outside shower for return from beach.

A car is essential because you will want to explore the local villages , markets and restaurants. The medieval town of Tropea is a must see, with its narrow streets and views from the cliff face over the beach which was selected in the top five beaches in Italy.
