Description
Earth sky House in medieval village in the hills of the Marche in the province of Ascoli Piceno, at 15 minutes from the sea and 20 km from the beautiful city of Ascoli (historical and cultural city). The House is in a small village drive, not only pedestrian access, question of the old castle which dates back to 1200. Earth sky house owned by an artist, spread over 3 floors with view and exposure to the Northwest. In winter, the House in addition to classic heating with gas-methane plant, inside two fireplaces, one in the living room, the other in the kitchen area, just Cook the excellent grilled meat ... ... ... or else!
In summer, you can dine outdoors and take advantage of the wide spaces that surround the House.
Basically for those looking to relax, without any kind of noise, except for the sound of the bells of the Church with Bell-Tower near the village! The House is equipped with all comforts, double Windows, heating, recently renovated facilities, TV, Wi-fi, etc.
One clause, the artist having the studio inside the House, allows visiting of the same, provided that each is not damaged anything inside!
The House can be rented during times that the artist stands out for exhibitions and works outside Italy or outside the province.
P.S. Any artists, can avail of the atelier for their work!
