Terrasse privative desservant la salle de vie et ombrageant le salon de jardin via store bannes électrique. Bains de soleil et B.B.Q. weber (gaz fournis). Un stationnement auto et remorque prévus à l’intérieur de la propriété ; un autre devant de portail.

Response from the owner Ik ben verbaasd over als negatief van een huurder met wie ik sprak met sympathie! deze ten onrechte grieven verdienen te worden gerechtvaardigd: de huur wordt aangegeven op de begane grond en de eerste aangekondigd op de foto's getuigen. Deze villa bestaat uit twee afzonderlijke appartementen en apart van alle kanten. De huurder mag de toegang tot 3 personen uit te nodigen voor het diner onder het voorwendsel dat ze daar niet slapen; gelukkig! omdat de omstandigheden aangeven dat hij niet is toegestaan om andere bewoners dan die welke in de overeenkomst te accepteren. Ik ben gewoon herinnerd huurders hadden ze de buitenkant licht links en de luifel afhankelijk hele nacht voor alle praktische doeleinden. de drie kleine Yorkie honden, bichon shitsu en draag anti aboyments kettingen voor meer discretie toen in de tuin achter het huis, niet te verwarren met die van de honden buren waarschijnlijk (die nooit zo hebben geklaagd claimt de huurder). Welkom thuis.

Response from the owner Thank you for your return; but know that the couple of owners that we reside in an independent apartment on the floor of this villa designed for rental. Actually upstairs and R.D.C. or staying tenants have their own terrace and garden ... The third room: it is regarded as such by Tripadvisor as this piece constituting the living room during the day turns into an extra bedroom with a large sliding wall insulation panels. Finally the second bathroom is confused by Tripadvisor with the toilet with a wash hand in hot water. Hoping to have clarified to readers. WELCOME TO OUR HOUSE

Aussi la fourniture du linge (entre autres prêté gracieusement) sera revue ainsi que l'équipement d'une lampe sur chaque chevet pour plus de confort. A préciser que la villa a été conçue pour la location également ; donc elle dispose de deux appartements bien distincts ainsi que leur extérieur respectif. BIENVENUE CHEZ NOUS.
