CASARANO affitto antico casolare di campagna del 1734,da poco ristrutturato, immerso tra secolari alberi di ulivo,dove potete fare tranquille e lunghe passeggiate in bici o a piedi, ideale per godervi la vostra meritata vacanza nel nostro salento in completo relax.In tranquilla zona di villeggiatura estiva, a soli 3 km da Casarano, facilmente raggiungibile da strada statale e si accede da stradina sterrata privata.Situato in una posizione ottimale per raggiungere facilmente i piu' importanti centri turistici del salento(gallipoliotrantoleccesmleucamarinediugento) a soli 10 km da spiagge di di finissima sabbia libere o atrezzate.Il casolare è circondato da un giardino di 10.000 mq completamente recintato con rete a vista plasificata alta 2 mt, con frutti di stagione, erbe aromatiche,ampi spazi verdi, un grande pergolato circonda tutta la casa, attrezzato per pranzare o cenare all'aperto, amaca, piscina montata fuori terra, solarium,barbecue, anche con box doccia esterno per il dopo mare, pilozza e lavatrice.Si animali da compagnia.Il casolare ha una superficie di 180 mq,con 6 locali oltre i servizi: una grande sala relax/lettura, un bagno completo con doccia,un cucinino vivibile, tre camere da letto doppie o matrimoniali,ampie e luminose, una sala da pranzo.Arredato con molta semplicita', in classico stile vintage salentino, ma non manca nulla, dovete portare solo i vostri vestiti.Il casolare viene fornito anche con uso di lenzuola e biancheria da bagno su richiesta a pagamento . Ombrellone e sdraio per il mare, materiale turistico informativo, consumi di acqua luce e gas, tutto compreso nel prezzo.Il casolare è curato, accogliente e ben tenuto, massima pulizia e serieta'.
